Confessing is supposed to only happen once after your crush rejects you. Multiple times is like being creepy around your crushes because all these attempts of try again is like refusing to take no for an answer. Getting at least 1 rejection is supposed to be enough to move on.

Literally the fact that these things are the things that both me and my crush go through. Like, we both got nervous around each other, we both looked at each other from afar and when we caught one staring at the other we just smiled shyly and turned away in embarrassment. Today, at school, one of my classmates said that he liked me but i shrugged it off as a joke, and then one of my friends (who is always honest) confirmed me that by asking him herself. Then, after P.E., he confessed to me and bro, he was so polite, he even apologized to me on his friends behalf who were annoying _him._ He's literally the best.

If we can't change our looks, then we can work to face our own internal inadequacies and cultivate desirable character traits that are naturally attractive( and bring fulfillment to the self even if you remain alone). Nothing is free. Example: you want a girl who is fond of the idea of having kids? Become the kind of guy that she can look at and think "this guy will be a good father to my children, 😊" I am single, what of it? I need more time to work on not being so bitter and callous after growing up a blacksheep- so that at critical times this doesn't get the better of me and I say things to my loved ones that I will regret. It may help you too to look deep at yourself, face the truth, choose not to let it define you, then say not "I am alone" but "I need more time." It's helped me, and my increased confidence has followed as a result of the changes that I am seeing. Even if it's taken years, it's worth it, and there are even more years ahead that can be filled with a joy that I could not previously understand. Atypical neurology should also be considered. Not as a crutch, but to cut yourself slack as you learn it too. Don't beat yourself up, learn your strengths and weaknesses, write them down and keep track (since a bad night and tired brain can forget) 'Know thy enemy? Know thyself' sort of thing. Good fortune.

I'm not sure if my crush will stumble upon this video (I think she watches quite a few of your videos!), but if she ever does, I'm leaving it here to say that I like her. She's everything in this video, but only missing 3 points as we have never met in person before since we've met online. We're also in the same community and share similar habits! Yeah, I struggle with non-verbal signs and social cues and am also on the spectrum. If I did end up having a crush again, I wouldn't know how to go about or how closely I would have to try and focus on non-verbal cues. Some of this is why I wish it was better to be told because I can't pick up on those cues. Multiple rejections and I've faced basically similar issue for that

I know the feeling. My ex and I are still friends and I wouldn’t change that for anything because they are really important to me but sometimes they give me mixed signals. One moment I’m the most approachable, fun, and respectful guy in the world who would never hurt a fly and the next I’m boring, gross, or even scary. I’m relatively sure that I’m at least slightly attractive but now that I think someone has a crush on me (and let’s be honest, have a crush on her too) I can’t really bring myself to make the first move. You will be classified as demisexual. Demisexual people only feel sexually attracted to someone when they have an emotional bond with the person. They can be gay, straight, bisexual, or pansexual, and may have any gender identity. In this case, you had this long friendship with your partner and overtime, you developed crushes around that friend. That person is someone you know for a long period of time and eventually, you felt enough connection to feel attracted to your friend. You may not have the courage to confess, but the way you feel the attraction. I mean I don't see anywhere in your comments saying you can be attracted to anybody else other then your best friend. So it is understandable to feel attracted to someone closest to you because you know them the longest.

@@hp2546 oh I don't blame Psych2Go or anyone at all for that matter. We are no longer talking, the one I had felt a connection with. I confessed, and it did not turn out so well. Our story might not have been what I had expected it to be, but I'm sure that I'm not putting the blame on Psych2Go. They simply helped me convey.

My crush is a weird one... We were both traumatized as kids by others picking on us about different physical features, and we have a hard time trusting people and opening up to them. I healed a lot almost right before I met him tho, so it was way easier for me to strike up conversations. For the first time in my life I felt like it could be mutual attraction between us, but he's never really made a move yet. Like, I caught him staring at me from across the room several times, and I swear to God I've never been smiled at this much in my life. He never really complimented me or anything, but most of the time he's touching me one way or another. When we walk in groups he usually walks next to me, brushing our hands together, and always looks me in the eyes. He also calls me pet names sometimes, he once basically called me "Mine"... And the funniest thing is that noone really notices anything that's happening, because our friendgroup is usually rather loud and chatty and we're the ones who just sit there and drink and don't really talk much. When I first decided to text him, he didn't seem like he wanted to have a conversation with me, but as time went on, and we met a few more times, I messaged him again, and he was visibly a lot more comfortable texting me. But he's not much of a texter, he never really talks in our groupchat either. Also, he's almost a year younger than me and like 5-7 centimetres (≈2.5-3 inches) shorter, but I really don't mind the difference. And also I have a bit of a stronger build, and I'm not really a "small" girl if you know what I mean 😅 He did say that he was insecure about his height, so that could be a reason why he didn't make any moves yet. Or he might think that people will make fun of him because I'm a big girl. My crush and I do this. We were traumatized too, but I'm more healed than her. I am the one that starts texting almost always (1/2 times per week) She takes her time to answer and replies with short texts, but she is willing to hang out with me when I ask her like once per 2 weeks (she tells me that she want to hang out, but she doesn't make the move). I don't ask her more frequently because I don't want her to get overwhelmed. I noticed plenty of signs that she could be into me, but I'm insecure about it because trauma hits. So I'm planning to give her a letter just telling her that I like her and her personality and I just wanted to know if it's mutual. I just need to know, life us too short and I don't want to regret for not making a move

@@octane9309 When we were talking about insecurities I did mention that I always prioritize one's personality over their physical features, and I think that he's a great guy. And also I am pansexual (he doesn't know that yet), so for me it's really just his personality, aura, actions and vibes that I literally fell in love with. (I obviously notice that he's really handsome and has amazing style, but that's not why I like him this much) I think what could hold him back from making a move is most likely the public and what they'd think about a couple where the guy is younger, shorter and just over all smaller than the girlfriend. I sometimes feel like he's a bit conflicted, because when we're with our close friend group, he's almost flirting constantly, but when there are people he wants to "impress" in a way, then he doesn't really talk to me that much. take it from me, truly shy people are good at hiding it. That's the problem. I'm good at hiding it, which makes it so they don't know, so if they're also shy, they won't have the confidence to express their feelings, so I won't have the confidence to express mine, and the cycle continues...

It's really hard to know even with this since my crush is always kind and a gentleman to everyone, and also talks fast most of the time. We don't really interct with each other's friends since we don't have a reason to. I've held his hands before since he's pretty playful most of time, (even with other people :)) He looks pretty interested in another person though, but that 'person' (let's name person A) already has an admirer and our whole class knows about it. And about the wanting to spend time together..uhh..he did compliment me in the gym about random things like my hair and stuff but we just awkwardly laughed it off. I've went out for years for example and if I dance, it may trigger ppl to be amused IN THE MOMEMT but that's it. Don't get your hopes up, and you'll never be disappointed. this guy (who at first I didn't like) in school exhibits like 5/6 of these.... but I never would think he'd ever be shy because he's actually really popular and like he's kind of known for being very extroverted and outgoing and plays all these sports, goes to parties, I don't know... that's why I kept denying he liked me but idk he does seem more nervous or like cautious around me? He's also always asking me to help him with math or quiz him before a test so I thought he may just be using me in that sense, but his friends definately are showing that something's up bc they're always like snickering or saying he got riz around me lol idk what to do with this because I think I'm catching feelings too now :')

I've never understood how someone is too shy to tell their crush, but not to tell their friends. I'm too shy to tell either. Maybe because my crushes are all in my friends group...

I always wondered if my crush watched these videos. If so, it would be pretty funny if he came across my comments. Yes, he is pretty nervous around me. He is suddenly fidgety when we sit together and when I high-five him or shake his hand, it's pretty clammy. He can't seem to look me in the eye as well. Yes, but it kind of started recently. Whenever I pass by, his friend group goes silent or starts looking at him with teasing smiles. One time, they were eating chocolates and they called me over and gave me a piece (we have mutual friends btw). Then one of them declared that it was my crush who got the chocolate and started making fun for wanting to give it to me. Yes and no here. He speaks very confidently around anyone. Awkward silences are inevitable, and it feels like he keeps trying to fill the air with words. Yes, he is a very good listener. I like that about him because I tend to talk a lot and it's hard to keep focus. But he listens carefully and pays good attention. Yes, I always catch him staring. I remember a time my friend caught him staring at me. God, that made me blush so bad. Yes, I remember a time I constantly invited him to study with me, but he never turned me down. It was kind of scary. *Watches till the end* Ah shit- I said yes to everything. *Fist bumps the air* BOOM! I win! Also, if you're watching this Mr. Crush, you know who you are. I like you a lot

Yeah, all of this applies to me right now, except for the friends one because I haven't told my friends yet (and I'm planning to soon). So yeah, this video is me. The problem is that we don't have any classes together which is a pretty major inconvenience, but I'm trying to set up a situation where maybe we can talk to each other. I've had some opportunities that have either naturally failed or failed because I was too nervous to do or say anything and by the time I had the courage it was too late lol. I want to tell my crush how much I like them, it’s like my heart wants to tell him, but my mind tells me that he doesn’t feel the same. And they means a lot to me as well, I’ve been going through sh recently, and when he found out, he’s been helping me ever since, he’s been telling me ways to just distract my mind over the thought of doing sh by doing things I like, and he’s very open towards me and is very appreciative whenever I give him something, he try’s to text me whenever he can and just seems like a great person and I love him for that. If he’s putting in that much effort, it’s probably a sign that he likes you. He definitely at least thinks about you. You should tell him. The worst thing that could happen is he says doesn’t feel the same, but even if he doesn’t, he clearly still cares a lot about you, and honestly having a friend like that is a really beautiful thing on its own. Express your feelings :)

Storytime: One day in the starting year of high school I was about to get asked out by my crush, but her friends pushed her away from me then I moved away from my hometown, and I wanted to get back in contact with her but I couldn't find her on and social media, and she was very popular and had tik tok and other social media platforms. it was a HUGE bummer because I had a feeling in science she was going to ask me out. I just got that feeling, years before we would do all of these things and we would even hold hands in elementary school, and hang out during recess, I miss those days so if you are watching or scouring the internet to find me or whatever, crush Just know I'm looking too and now you know who I am if you remember.

I had someone in my uni class final yr, showing all the signs mentioned above. I even saw him indicating about me to his friend but acted as if I didn't see anything. Later, after almost 3-4 yrs one of my bestie told me the entire class knew about this rumor. I wasn't shocked but still shocked cause I did not expect everyone to know about this and keeping to themselves. He was a nice & good looking guy i would say. 🙂 And no, we have never dated yet!

He doesn’t even talk to me nor show any emotions but we do have a lot of eye contacts tho…

so there is this girl that likes me and I like her back and we both know. one of the things she does around me is either gets SUPER shy or runs off whenever I come to her to hang out. Whenever she does a game or conversation with my friend who currently is into someone else, she stays calm, but when she is around me she gets super shy whenever she is near me. I need some pointers or tips that might make her stay. I've known her for over 2 years and after a few weeks after meeting her, I keep catching her looking at me. like one time we were in choir and it was being recorded for facebook, then when I watched the video I caught her staring at me for 10 seconds straight, that was TWO YEARS ago.

I watched this out of curiosity. I honestly don't know how I would be around a crush. I have never had one in my life. But I do know that I will try my very best to get close to them when I get one. I will not miss my chance by not talking to them if we don't know each other that much. I know its gonna be hard since I can barely talk to a cashier because of my social anxiety but I will give it my very best when that person comes.💪

I noticed that sometimes my suspect's friends are just teasing at my suspect, but yes her friends always talks about how she "likes me". Of course I took this as teasing, like obviously. (I need more evidences, lots of it.) This video helped me a step further, thanks.

yeah, look at her body movement, body language. Does she like try to laugh it off, does she not like stay in one place, does she twiddle with her fingers, does she braid her hair? if she really does like you, she most likely does the one where she tries to laugh it off and fake it

It's just easy guys! I know the feeling and you're afraid because you are afraid of being instantly rejected. Instead approach like this : Talk to her, she's your crush ok, but talk to her. Try getting to know each other. If she won't reciprocate then move on. You might obsess about her, but you are wrong. You are obsessed about the emotion you don't want to lose. Learn to lose that emotion when someone else doesn't want to give it back to you. Trust me, it becomes easier. When it's all cool, she reciprocate be good eye contact ans enjoy

In your case, since you said that he get's nervous too and stairs at you, just talk. There is no better way to approach. If you play games you waste time and you wouldn't like it. I don't say approaching him like, kiss him or everything must be perfect ecc.. just talk to him. Showing that you are interested in him is just a very wonderful thing for us. Just talk and see how it goes. If you notice he reciprocate ,Good. Make a good base on your relationship, not in the sense of being together, cause don't rush things. If you become together. That's a win for you, have a good day

I'm good at initiating talk through ig but idk how to in school! But It's like he only stares and sometimes smile n stare and does nothing beyond that.. I found someone like that. I don't know why he is so different just in front of me. But not with the others. It's difficult to handle someone like that.

Your statement of yours would require someone who you don't feel attracted to you but is obssessed with you. You will get that a lot almost everywhere because they will have a problem hiding their behaviors. You will encounter many who cannot even stay away from you. People like this can also be people who do anything to get close to you even at the cost of faking accidents to get your attention. You might say you want them to have a crush on you and you don't like them back. It can also mean unwanted attention. What if that ugly person were to refuse to practice social distance in the year 2020? You will encounter many people like that in grocery stores. What if you have someone who wants to stalk you? This means that person may have a crush on you. These type of people may not be the type of people who learns to respect. They might even be people who acts too entitled to have you. They may even pick up creepy behaviors. You might wish something like this, but what if this turned out to be a person who does not respect you?

It needs to come from a person you find attracted. If you don't like that person back, you are not attracted to that person. Having just anyone can also mean an ugly creepy person stalking you. For that person to give you that attention, it needs to come from a person you are actually attracted to. It needs to be a person that you like back.

So I have a crush. She is nice, we speak a lot. We became friends, and i felt so good with her. We both like metal which would be good for me. I’m the same way and recently I’ve learned that talking to people can actually be kinda easy. Start by introducing yourself or asking his name. If you have similar interests you can start there but if you literally know nothing about him you can talk about shared classes/ teachers, current events, or even literally the weather. The most important thing is that you seem comfortable. Try not to overthink responses and just say whatever comes to mind. The more comfortable you seem the more comfortable he will be and the more he will open up. Make sure to smile too. Easier said than done right? But this worked like a charm on me earlier in the week. It was my first real in person class of college and before class this girl walked up to me, introduced herself, and just started talking. Now it takes a lot for me to like someone but her friendliness was infectious. I found myself talking back in a way that I have never really done with someone new before. Sure it was a little awkward but that was the last thing I was thinking of. We are just friends now but that’s where it starts. This should work even better on somebody who you suspects already likes you! Good luck!

It is easier said then done I've tried to talk to him a few times but it made me so nervous and I felt like throwing up( even just being by him makes my heart race so that definitely makes it harder), so I just decided I would try another time. I guess I should push my self a little more because I always let my anxiety get the best of me. Thanks for the advice.

Everybody says he likes me - he’s so extroverted usually but when we are near or talking he goes all shy and quiet. I also overheard one of his friends teasing him about SOMEBODY, that SOMEBODY went to put something away (hint, that was me) and he just said that SOMEBODY went away..

1, 3, 4, 5 is spot on. It's quite a hard situation for me to tell. I am bisexual and I met him through part-time work, he's in the university right now. I can't tell number 2 because I don't know much of his friends. And number 6, sometimes he would be cancelling plans because he is stressed from studying. But we see us often in the gym and we just recently went to watch a movie in the cinema. I don't even know what he is interested in and it's kind of driving me insane and I would really like to know if he is into guys or not. But I am scared of losing a good friendship. Any advice?

With guys it’s honestly hard to tell cuz of the whole “bros before h*es” thing or going out with “the bois”. Many have good friendships and only see their friends as friends. U won’t know unless u bring up the topic about dating with him. If there’s a situation where u can bring up romance or what’s his type then go for it.
