In my opinion, they can judge you if they want: it's not them who controls your life; it's YOUR life, not theirs.

He stopped trying to make me laugh and really stopped showing he cared. When "Do you want me here?" was frequently met with "I don't particularly care either way." I decided it was probably not going to happen or work. We're not officially a thing but I'm talking to someone else who excels where this person failed. The new person never hides that he cares and he's very supportive.

I was dumped out of nowhere too and it really hurts. We've been together for 6 yrs and he just ended it like that... I've been broken and lost and I still am to this day. Made me think that being in a relationship is really a gamble, damages and betrayal guaranteed. It's scary. Maybe it's not really worth it and just stay alone and keep the walls up. I feel like a single parent for my dog now 😂

@@DreamQuillRose bc he was my first and bc i was so in love with the idea of, well, love. i think you should just be careful about your actions and the way you think about your partner in general. i kept on thinking about our relationship as a "he&i" situation and not a "we", if that makes sense. i always i overthought things and i guess he got tired of our constant routine of 'me getting upset-him adjusting for me-repeat' where it shouldve been 'either of us communicating our issues-both of us adjusting for one another and both of us taking into consideration of each other's feelings-fixing the problem'. ive been single ever since he left but ive noticed that my relationship with everyone in general improved when i saw where i was wrong and i grew and learned. i hope you get what i mean bc im noy good at explaining things but i wish you the best and i hope ur future relationships go smoothly and not be like mine :D

I agree. You don't have to endure emotional abuse or relationship drama when you're alone. You can pretty much do whatever you want. If you want companionship you can always get a cat or a dog. They're loyal and loving. If you want intimacy or physical contact you can go to a massage therapist. It's very relaxing. ALL WITHOUT THE DRAMA!!

Sometimes it's just to difficult to do so. Suppose you are in your senior year and have to give a very hard entrance exam for getting into college and for that you gotta study hard for like 12 hrs per day to make the cut-off. Do you think you would be able to give time to a relationship while having so much on your plate? I've experienced almost all of these, some simultaneously. It's truly heartbreaking not knowing good reasons for real issues when you needed that nugget so here's to more happy and prosperous world!

There are plenty that still sacrifice for love in this day and age. The problem is that you used to be restricted to wherever you were to find potential matches, and maybe by the off handed chance someone you knew introduced you to someone not in your area or group (friend from another school, friend/family member of a friend vising from out of town, etc.) Having the ability to travel more conveniently, and of course the internet, has made it to where no one is limited to the options in their immediate area. people have more of a tendency now to feel, "Well it just didn't work out with this person, maybe someone else is a better match." And they have a plethora of "someone elses" to choose from. So, no, sacrifices do still happen in love today, but more people now either have FOMO (fear of missing out) or choose not to settle, because they don't just have to settle for who's around them or who they might bump into, but have a world full of "potentials" and options

@@Resident--a yeah, that is definitely a problem that has come with time. It's like the double edged sword dilemma. There are so many connections that wouldn't have been possible once upon a time, but then there are also the disadvantages and broken hearts that come with it. I still think there are plenty of people capable of sacrifice and compromise when it comes to modern relationships, but we're at this cross-section of lack of communication and (thought to be) unlimited options. Just a whole lot going on at once complicating an already complicated thing we do

"Interest" is not what should describe a healthy and ideal relationship, I guess. It's love and the attraction which holds it together which is a rare cup flavour, right?

Love is like a kindergarten, you have to move on to something better.

Before almost every video they thank us for our support, but I'd like to thank people from Psych2go for all the wonderful videos teaching us about our issues and supporting us in our hardships. So thank you Psych2go you really mean a lot to us :)

Again I love this channel, its always speaking to me, considering my boyfriend of a year just lost interest in me, obviously it didnt happen over night, i just wished he would have talked to me when he was having those thoughts, all i can think is that he dont love me no longer and that i was a burden so now he is ignoring me, we are distanced but instead of focusing on the bad, im thinking positive and having self love, exercise and focusing on improving my looks and health

TIME TRAVELER!!!!!!!!!

With my ex & I, we just drifted. We felt unhappy with work stress though we lived together. We agreed to a mutual split with my hope being that we'd get back together once all the stress was relieved... but then he found someone else... Just yesterday he told me he was getting frustrated & annoyed with me because all I wanted was a hug. I still care for him, but now there's a part of me that wants to hate him. I already hate everything else in my life at this point. If I developed a hatred for someone I thought was a soulmate, I'll feel that life is worth nothing.

So sorry 😞 it has to be so hurtful 😞 I love my husband 41 years together and we sleep i different beds and he never supported me even with our 3 daughters They could do What ever they wanted even drugs 😤🤬 And here I am At 58 No job my husband took my car after his truck was taken away He Never has money we pay all The bill super late and we have worked for most of our marriage But he takes it all $$ I can’t even buy much so if I Don’t work he can’t take what little I bring in Also I have a very clean home all laundry done And I am careing for his Dad That lives with us and Is A handful😐🤬😩 I don’t even know we’re to Start 😢wish I had some one That would give me support and help 😞

Life is stressful… why leave your partner because of it? The whole point is to work together through those hardships or the relationship isn’t going to last. Expecting someone to return is never a good idea.

@@Zikrums Well that comment was posted in February of 2021... I found out in September of 2022 that he actually cheated on me with the lady he talked about for no less than 6 months. The "mutual split" was in May of 2019, but the lady's Facebook revealed they officially started dating in November of 2018. And even better, they got married 2 days ago.

I'm guilty of starting off in last too soon and oversharing too soon. Good advice

The video I never knew I needed❤️ after experiencing my now breakup have been devastating all day. We had a great 6+ months, and we aimed to be a healthy couple for one another. Sure nothing was perfect, but we would discuss it at some point and try to make each other happy. But up until this point, my priorities apparently made my now ex think he was in my way🤨 which are his words, not mine😪✌🏾when in reality, I have balanced out school/work/and relationship JUST fine. So to hear him say such things and even worse was disappointing. But ya know: he revealed his colors bright and bold and thats all I need. I miss what I had before😔 but I will be fine with time💓

I don't want to think of all the mess happened again in my recent attempt to have a relationship. It's all my fault that I realized. I'm not mature emotionally, that's why I continue messed up with him. I don't want to come back, I don't want those kinds of scenarios in my life that I'm a big disappointment to someone, and that I'll go far to not reminisce that feeling again. I'll learn, and I grow first before I go finding someone again. This happened to me like a year and a half ago, but I still appreciate this videos because I learn of what could've happened

I met a boy at a game, and I found him funny and said: "Why don't befriend with him?" then I talked with him and first he was not interested in me, but after we talked for a long time he suddenly asked me to befriend with him - and I accepted of course. Days passed and we talked, laughed every day. This year, I decided to study hard - because I wasn't hard-working last years - and things changed: I was receiving good marks, I changed a little bit and started to talk out and not being shy every time with the others, but... I was feeling lonely without talking with him; because he was my only best friend and the one who I talk with every day. I wasn't connecting a lot on the game, but I had his Instagram so we talked but he was answering me after 1 week... I think that I am for him like someone who comes and try to make his day better but him, he doesn't really care for me. I'm hurt when I think of it, and I don't know what can I do: Should I leave him or continue talking to him tough... ?

I feel you so much cos I have been in a similar situation. He only came to talk to me when he was down or bored but when I needed him he always cut the conversation short. And I ended our friendship cos I felt like he was just using me and I think that’s the best decision I have ever made so try and think about if ur being used or not and if he genuinely cares for u as a friend. If not then do what u think is best for you. 😭😭 erm sorry I probably didn’t help much

I would say, treat him as a friend still, but a less important one. One thing he did for you was make you a little more confident, so use that gift to make new friends.

this is so true... i met this guy and we immediately hit off. But, being someone who trusts and cares for others easily, it didnt take long for me to share all my problems with him. he mustve felt overwhelmed..because we now stop talking as much as we did at the start. but ig thats fine. changes occur on a daily basis and its the only thing we can look forward to daily, unfortuntately

I met someone I really liked on New Year's Eve.. but I have been isolated in my apartment most of the time since March, and it has really affected my mood and personality.... He really liked me at first, but I screwed things up because I guess I forgot how to socialize, I have been really depressed from being confined and everything going on in the world, and I have been really lonely so I let out way too much of what has been on my mind... I'm really upset with myself because he's a great guy, and I saw a future with him... I'm really bothered that I screwed things up and I wish there was something I could do to fix it.... 😔💔

There is no such thing the right person at the wrong time. That person was wrong in the first place. If a person is right, they will always make time for both of your sake.
