That's what prisons (states) do now. Staff shortage and prison overcrowding, and they don't want to pay a fair wage to the people that do this deadly job every day. So, state governments release criminals with "non violent" crimes. People seem to think that criminals vanish, after they are dropped off at the jail by the police, and sentenced by the courts. When my child told her class that her daddy is a veteran correctional officer, no one even understood what kind of job that is. Very sad. I've spent 28 years of my life living with scum like this coward here, and the public doesn't even know we exist. The governments treat us like we are out of sight, and out of mind. This waste of human flesh should have NEVER been allowed to walk the streets.

@500erider I'm afraid that's ditto for the UK, too. People with far easier jobs get paid 2, 3, even 4 times as much as a prison officer, and the police, and nursing staff! These occupations rely heavily on overtime to earn a decent, living wage! It's.... CRIMINAL!

What's sick and disturbing about this is Holly's mother has stated they found out about Jesse's conviction a few MONTHS ago...Why in the hell as a GRANDPARENT did you not intervene and go and get your grandkids and at the very least protect them? If your daughter's incapable of making a reasonable decision to protect her own kids, you need to intervene!

They chose to only speak up after it's too late.. the grandparents probably figured that they already raised their children and the unfit parent would see the light. I honestly think things will get more violent if we did an eye for an eye kind of thing for murders...I could see cops definitely getting into even more shootouts than they already do. I don't see any kind of real solution to all the horrible sht going on. Apparently though, violent crime is on the decline since the 80's but who know's how real those statistics actually are. Some make the argument that things SEEM worse to us now, because the internet and the news media...we see everything now, there is more cctv footage than ever before etc. so idk.

Wow! Heartbreaking for these young victims. So sad. Never choose a man/lady over your children's safety. I know what I'm talking about. When I was a single mom with two very young daughters, I couldn't trust any man in the same house with my babies, because my daughters safety came first than my relationship needs. My daughters shouldn't have to feel unsafe in their own home. It's their home just as much as mine, and any new relationship that enters in their home, must be done extra cautious. haven't you seen the new fad show! where women are looking into the prisons for love, like love at first sight, this was one of those stories, where the show gets the ratings and when they move to the next segment like this one a family dies! if truth be known this is one of those show segments.

Lamont, I don't understand why a woman would let a man move in with her or even have a relationship with a guy like that either! Mothers need to do a background check on any date for safety. This mother chose to be naive and her kids paid the price! I hope this story opens up the eyes of single mothers everywhere. Thank you for the video Lamont. I feel horrible for the parents of the two girls spending the night with their friend and for the families that lost this mother's precious kids. Thank for reporting on this Lamont. This story made me so angry when it came out. This monster never registered as a sex offender and the state did not do their job to protect the citizens. When I looked him up he is not registered. So as a Oklahoma resident how many other Pedos are NOT registered. OSBI did not did their job until after the fact and after the family called and said all this evidence was not collected.

Educating and supporting vulnerable women raising children alone is a first step. If there were more supports in place, many women wouldn't need to rely on criminal men for financial and other support.

Followed this in awe. Given charges against him, why was he released early to start with? Thinking are they really this brain dead out there. Cops knew 2 of the girls were travelling with him and didn't know where to look for him BEFORE he killed everyone? Before the missed court date? So many failures to those kids. Cannot imagine the horrors the kids who lived there dealt with prior to this insanity. Should have started with himself. DANG! He did this because he knew what was waiting for him in prison.

My condolences to the family of the these individuals!

As a survivor of a very bad and similar situation in my childhood, I can never and will never get why any woman would allow this. Yet it happens, over and over and over. As a mother,my children have always come first, and I would kill and die for them. Throughout my life as well I’m in therapy, I have tried to figure out why any of this would happen. I came up with two conclusions. One, as in my case, my mother knew about it, was a part of it, and profited financially from my abuse. Or, two, the mother is blind, possibly very selfish, and not at all smart. It doesn’t take much digging to find out if a potential love interest has a record like THAT. No forgiveness here. I just cant. Her children were her responsibility to protect, yet she let a known offender into her home. Not okay. Thank you Lamont for this coverage. And my heart goes out to the children, both hers and the ones caught in the crossfire. All innocent, and all deserving of protection from that monster.

Some women’s follow rock stars. Some follow prisoners. Don’t know why they are called groupies. But every prison has them lining up come visit day.

I read she was renting the place & the uhaul truck was because the landlord told them they had a very short time to get the belongings off the property. So the family was rushed to do so, and was moving stuff even while the investigation was going on. Which is wild in it self. The pictures of the inside of the home are so disturbing and everything used was in plane site. Very disturbing. Those poor kids 😢

He can burn in hell. I never thought something like this would happen in Henryetta. For six years I lived about 45 minutes from there in Cromwell, and would sometimes go to Henryetta cause they had a horse track and my dad would sometimes race his horse there. What happened last week is very tragic, and what would drive a woman to date a sexual predator, I don't know. Six lives cut short. Prayers going out to their families

I heard he had to go to court that Monday and he told someone he's not going back to prison.

my question is how was he able to text somebody from prison...that in itself is really weird

Extremely Tragic Event. The News reported that Holly KNEW he was a Registered Sex Offender BUT it was stated that he claimed he was innocent to Holly and she believed him. My personal opinion is HOLLY CHOSE A MAN OVER HER CHILDREN and was willing to overlook his past. I feel so bad for ALL the Children's Families ♥
