    You should hear the whole thing. Everybody down here clowned the hell out the cop for it. He even described the escapee to the escapee in great detail and told him he was matching the description more and more. That's why he told him he'd probably get stopped again here in the part they showed. Guy is dumb a as rock

    I've been the unfortunate driver in a situation just like the last video. I was driving down the expressway doing about 45-50mph in my little 2-door Saturn when I saw this guy in an F350 driving the wrong way up the expressway and literally heading strait for me. Unfortunately there wasn't much I could do to avoid being hit by him because he was going over 105mph. The only thing I could think to do was jerk my steering wheel to the right, and that was the last decision I made before passing out. Well he ended up literally driving over my car(there were tire marks all over my hood and roof) which caused my door to crush inward and my roof to cave in. The momentum and angle caused his truck to flip a few times and caused my car to be sent flying completely through a guardrail, flip over once or twice, and then land right-side up(thank God). I blacked out so the last thing I remember seeing were his headlights, when I woke up all I could do was sit there in total shock, shaking and crying, as the horrible smell of burning engine fluid surrounded me. Once everything was said and done I ended up having to learn how to walk on my right leg all over again, was missing all of the skin on my right arm, had a black eye, a busted lip, was randomly crunching on teeny tiny pieces of glass from my windshield for a few days, nightmares for months, a horrible case of PTSD, and a new appreciation for life once it really hit me just how close I came to losing mine that night. Moral of the story.... Don't be a selfish dick!! If you've been drinking don't drive!! It's one thing if you don't gaf about your life, but some of us really care about ours!!! **Oh and, per usual, that pos walked away with nothing more than a few scratches on his nose and his FOURTH DUI!!!

  • @darklordojeda

    @darklordojeda

    I've always wondered why DUI repeat offenders get so many opportunities to kill people on the road. Then I realized, it's the lobbyists for the huge alcohol industry. There's ads everywhere. On TV, billboards, radio, internet, it's everywhere. Of course they want lighter sentences for their clients. I quit drinking about 3 months ago, not for legal reasons but for religious and I have only felt the desire to have a drink once and quickly destroyed that thought by ordering a soda instead. I'm sorry that you have to live with the memory of what happened to you but I'm happy to see that you have a new appreciation for life. Take care.

    So glad you're still here. So sorry that happened to you. Hope you're doing well now. I lost my boyfriend of 15yrs to a hit & run 8 months 2 miles from our house. To say the past 8 months have been nothing short of a nightmare. I held him rocked him as much as I could with all of the tubes & ivs & hummed our song to him as he slipped away in my arms. So I completely get the PTSD & the nightmares. I actually left 20 mins after he did & I pulled up on the accident scene & didn't even know. I saw the cop cars ambulance firetruck but I couldn't see anything else. I feel so guilty for that if I would've known I would've gotten out of my car & ran to him & never left his side. We still don't know who hit him & it's gotten to the point I don't think we ever will. But I'm happy to hear you made it through❤

    That officer didn’t listen. He didn’t pay attention to all the clues. No ID, not giving a consistent name. Not sure where he was staying even though he has been there a week. A roofer without a tan to the back of the neck, or the legs, which I have not seen a roofer in shorts ever. And being able to jog 12 miles a day. Was that before, during, or after work? I would have put him in cuffs after I just looked at him. Because cuffs can be removed. The officer should go and drive a truck. If he that officer was on my squad I would have fired him. It really is just that serious. A near fatal error was not being in the proper mindset of a police officer in search of an escapee. The bad guys physical condition would have been broadcasted out to the officer along with a clothing condition. That bad guy could have taken advantage of the opportunity to over power the officer, gained his firearms and escape in the officers police car.

    There's no legal requirement to carry ID, my wife runs quite a lot as well before doing her daily routine, and learning a temporary address is kind of useless information that you really don't need, especially if you know the name of the place, its physical location, and have the phone number saved. All this cop did is ask questions and respect the rights of the citizen before him. Hindsight is 20-20, but in the moment it was the right call.

The couple discovered the body and chose to not report it and instead leave the area for their own safety. "it’s crazy how he managed to fabricate a story like that on the spot." Did we watch the same video? The man's "story" was all over the place. Who claims to not live around there, but then claims to live down the road, but then claims he doesn't have an address, because he's staying at the motel? A motel of which the cop clearly doesn't recognize the name of. Hell, who goes to another town for work, and has their brother drop them off at some random spot to go jog 12 miles, after ROOFING all day? Look at the damn dash cam, it claims that it was 114 degrees that day. You mean to tell me, this man did roofing all day, then decided to have his brother drop him off to go jog for 12 miles? Get outta here. Not only that, but instead of just jogging from the motel, which is what 99.9% of people would do, you just so happen to have your brother drop you off in a random spot to go jog, in the same area where there is an escapee from the local prison? Awfully coincidental, no? Not to mention he couldn't even articulate WHERE the motel was, WHERE he got dropped off and on and on. He could barely think of a name for his brothers fake roofing company for crying out loud. I could go on, but none of this raised a red flag for the cop? Nothing at all? There were red flags all OVER the place during this interaction. It's laughable. That cop was as naïve as they come. You have an escapee from the local prison, you happen to come across a guy "jogging" in the area who looks to have ran through all sorts of brush and shit, who on top of that has one PATHETIC story line with no context, no real information and not a shred of believability whatsoever. He can't articulate where the motel is, where his brother dropped him off, NOTHING. Not to mention he couldn't give a remotely straight answer to any of the cops questions and even gave said cop 2 different first names (which he didn't pick up on) and he let him walk, which resulted in the guy being on the run for over a YEAR. Remarkable. I've seen children come up with better stories on the spot. I hope that cop felt like a real jackass after the fact.

    number 2 vid reminded me of an incident that happened to my nephew and I back in the 90s. We were cruising around on a Sunday afternoon , just driving back roads in Indiana , smoking a little weed , listening to music and just enjoying the spring weather and the countryside . This was our usual Sunday routine because their just wasn't much else for teenagers to do in rural Indiana. We were a good distance from our home county that day , probably 100 miles away and had no idea where we were, not even which county . Eventually this guy in a early 80s Chevy Caprice starts following us. Cops in Indiana often drove those back then. So we are sweating a little bit cuz we had weed on us( in those days that would get you jailed for sure, even a roach) . Eventually this guy slaps a little red flashing light on his dash and turns it on. I decided I wasn't gonna stop for him, because he wasn't in a uniform and cops don't use that kind of light. He followed us for several miles and pretty soon I just thought fuck this guy and pulled over. He comes walking up holding a flashlight like a weapon . We both got out and my nephew walked around behind him and I asked him what the hell was his problem , and he drops his flash light and runs into a corn field , leaves his car running and everything ! We were completely dumbfounded but decided we should just get outta there because this cat was obviously a nut job. We picked up his flashlight and beat his headlights in and then threw it in the cornfield. I still can't imagine what this guy was thinking. Looking back it was a crazy potentially dangerous situation but being stoned teenagers we just thought it was funny.

    The first one was the most disturbing here the man was so lucky they found him and he was able to make noises from the back, so lucky, imagine if he was unable to make the noises what could have easily happened to him was pretty unknown and disturbing very dangerous im so glad that the police found him and rescue him. respect to the police who saved this man life..

    Dude sometimes when I see people who are angry because the cops were shouting on them or having a attitude toward them I m like "Ok, they have might done that better." but when I see what kind of shit they have to go through then I realize.

    When I worked as a dispatcher something very similar to the first story happened. Except the kidnapped was in the car in the back seat with two others. Didn’t figure it out till about 40 minutes into the stop!

    That prison escapee story I remember watching back on the Drunken Peasants podcast. Called the cop a flatfoot for missing all these red flags like claiming to jog miles and miles in blistering heat and roofing without knee pads and of course the switching of names.

    I think what disturbs me the most about this kind of content is the fact that it isnt paranormal, of course that is going to be scary. These things are done by other human beings. And a lot of them seemingly with no motive and the people are mostly strangers which might be the most disturbing aspect of it is these are just sick fantasies, desires, and obsessions. It also makes me realize that we never know what is going on in someone elses mind
