Oh my god... you covered my adventure The Crystal Mine! I've been hoping to see one of my adventures be reviewed by you. So, thank you, I'm honored. In retrospect you are probably right about the sword. I added mainly to make that particular skeleton dangerous and to add a lot of excitement for the players. But that could probably be accomplished with a +1 or +2 sword without swinging balance to far in one direction. Again, thanks for the review!

For sure, man! It's a fun adventure - and depending on the tone and table, a +3 sword is totally fine!

Another one! I can't thank you enough! The Baron of Languish was written for a game jam, so there was a time crunch and it had to be fewer than 8 pages. I had intentions to include a dryad on the outside balcony who wanted to ensure the PCs weren't going attempt stopping nature from reclaiming the site, but it wouldn't fit. There is a non-game breaking mistake I need to correct. The magic items were supposed to be in tables similar to the ones in Catacombs.

The maze of doors reminds me of CS Lewis. Check out The Gardens of Yff and the Stygian Library

For your Iberia campaign, do you intend to slot in a bunch of these small dungeons and adventures or just make your own things? If you are making your own dungeons I’d love to see your process. (I’ve been working my own dungeon and kinda come across a creative block)

I usually just make my own, though I often draw on other adventures for a room, a monster or npc, or just general inspiration. What I usually do, though, is work with random tables, roll up something and then use that as inspiration and build from there. At some point (maybe tomorrow?) I'll do a video on my prep for the first dungeon in my iberia campaign, and walk through what I usually do.
