Are they repairable
how do you like these? I installed mine and you damn near bounce out of the car at every bump. I will doublecheck that the spring may be too snug. If it overtightened it will cause ride quality problems so Im hoping this is the issue.

is the rear spring upside down? and does that affect anything

No that's how they are installed. If you see them the other way around it's wrong.
Were the camber plates set already or did you set them in the middle?

They were set in the middle but it’s always good to get an alignment after messing with you suspension
