It was beyond stupid as the set was already decided very handily. He moves in to the net to try to over-dominate. He has favorable court conditions as it was very wet and less bouncing. He also had home crowd advantage. Give Tsitsipas a Greek crowd under his most favorable conditions, and let's see how Alcaraz reacts.

Tsitsi is far from perfect but as I said at least he's trying to learn from his mistakes. Why not look at how he's really trying to change rather than pull him apart from stuff he did years ago. I think every player has had these types of moments in their career. Everyone in the comments acts like the perfect human being who has never gotten angry or lost their temper. Piling up a compilation of moments like this can be done for all players and for every person in the world (if our lives were recorded), so I think people like us who aren't perfect and have made many mistakes in our lives, shouldn't judge and hate someone because of specific moments in their career. going for the body is absolutely legit. study the rules. it's much less gentleman-like to bounce the ball 20-30 times like Djoker or use all the time in the world between its serves to make oneself pretty and let your opponent wait and steal its focus like Nadal. if you want to argue that it's a gentlemen's game, we must have a look at many things - drop shots, aggressive net approaches, lobs, especially after drop shots and in particular by young players versus the older ones, body serves, time delays, everlasting ball bounces, celebrating after opponents' mistakes, showboating, trickshots, underarm serves, loud & frequent complaining (Nick Kyrgios is brilliant at it), letting you bring your sweaty towel by other people and so on. going for the body after your opponent comes aggressively to the net and blocks all the passing space and tries to win an easy point is by far not the worst of the above. the net aggressor is just begging for fire, that is my interpretation. since going for the body is not forbidden, stop whining and complaining and look for another sport if you don't like it. tai chi is a good alternative.

If he'd held his racket up that would have been an easy volley
Bro don't you notice how most of the comments on almost every video are from trolls. Like there's almost no genuine comment here. The people with the honest opinions are the ones who don't comment at all.
Crazy to me that the creator of this video has the nerve to add subtitles to Tsitsipas’ post game comments when it is harder to understand his own narration…😂
6:20 Looks to me like he gave the ballgirl a towel. Instead of throwing it at her he placed it on the head of his racket. when she grabbed both the towel the racket. His reaction was not the best but I imagine he prob lost the match. She did keep the towel
so what if you're getting bullied on the court? that's what the opponent is literally supposed to do to you, wear you down mentally and physically to win

Friend of mine:I hate Djokovic, he’s disrespectful Same friend: Tsitsipas is my favorite of the next gen. Make it make sense. He hates Djokovic with every fiber of his being but he worships Tsitsipas like a god.

It could just be their respective playstyles. I say that because some find Djokovic's defensive, machine-like style of play at times boring as opposed to a more offensive, aggressive style with players like Tsitsipas.

I think this is the same with most fans of any sport. Serena is another example in tennis. She’s been a very poor sport at times but people still love her.
