I actually went to primary school with Greg... Can't believe his table manners haven't changed in the slightest.
The woodland version of "Stomp" would be called "Stump".
There is actually a reason why you in sauna would whip yourself with specifically birch leaves: Birch leaves are rich in saponins, which is a chemical in the leaves with a soapy quality! And by whipping them like that you release them onto your skin, making it clean. It is also exfoliating🤓

@@davidmurrell5143 The invasion of Ukraine is only one of the "latest" crimes. Before that, there was Georgia, 2008, where it failed because the Americans threatened, as I recall, to bring an aircraft carrier into the Mediterranean. But Putin still managed to cut off a small part. Including Abkhazia, if I'm not mistaken. Before that, there was Chechnya, where it was successful. Chechnya was conquered. And anyone who protested was killed. The Internet was not so common then. And the world "missed it". Even before that, there was the blowing up of high-rise buildings in their own country to justify the invasion of Chechnya. And all this is only during "Democratic Russia". Not to mention what they did during the USSR.

I wonder if theres any benefit to the ice shower AFTER the spa. I would have guessed one of the main benefits of a spa is relaxing your muscles and releasing tension, so a blast of cold water after would kind of undo all that work by making your whole body tense up at once.
@galinageorgieva8554
