@@yonperme2816 Hi! Sa ngayon lang po na libre ang toll kasi kakabukas lang pero after nitong launching nila, maniningil na ulit sila ng toll and they highly recommend us getting rfid na :)
My wife and I have a house in Silang which is off of Santa Rosa Tagaytay Road. We're about a 15 minute drive to Tagaytay and about a 15 minute drive to Nuvali so I'm not sure if we would really save any time using CALAX although the road does get congested at times. We live about 3km west of where the PNP train and about 19km north of the main crater of Taal.
Grabe...Ang ganda naman ng video na ito! Sana naman na naglagay na kayo ng English subtitles para sa mga foreingers especially who are finding the property to invest.
Its 6-7 minutes from Nuvali to Silang Cavite CALAX Interchnage Exit....and another 18 minutes to Tagaytay Rotonda
Naging Colony rin po kasi tayo ng america kaya sabi ata ng iba mo pong client parang US yung Highway or expressway po natin.
Bakit po semicolon yung gamit nyo sa time/timer na nasa screen?
Lumayo nga kamo yung Tagaytay, compare sa Balibago Tagaytay road
Pano nyo nalaman papunta tagaytay i wala nmn sign

Ha ha then you spend 30 minutes from Silang to Tagaytay Circle or Pora mall
silang ka pa lang layo pa tagaytay
Ask ko lng po san banda ang rfid installation if papasok ako ng calax silang? Thanks

@@thepropertygeekph ay sa mamplasan pa po installation? So pag sa silang ako manggagaling makkaapasok pa po ba ako ng toll gate kung wla pa ako rfid?

@@simonmusmos4852 meron din sa silang exit near nuvali and they still accept cash payment :) and tool sa aguinaldo exit is still FREE :)
