And I'm no doctor, but just a person who has experienced cuts and abrasions throughout life and those are not old wounds, they're fresh, there's literally no indication of any healing....wounds in a healing process are more swollen and raised for a period of time, until they close, fade and flatten out.

BOTH SIDES ARE GUILTY Karen Read ran her boyfriend over with her Lexus SUV. Then she drove off. THEN hearing the commotion outside, the people in the house, opened the door and that dog ran out and attacked Karen's injured boyfriend. THEN the residents of that house brought that dog back into the house . At that point, the guy was laying, badly injured from the car hitting him AND the dog attacking him. Karen left him there to die AND the people in that HOUSE, left him there to die. Why isn't anyone connecting the two events. It has already been scientifically proven from the evidence, that Karen Read ran him over AND in my opinion, it has been scientifically proven that that DOG attacked him after she left and they took the dog into the house SO BOTH KAREN READ and someone in that house took that dog BACK INTO the house. SO both are responsible for this man's death. Karen Read is mostly to blame. She left and didn't call for any help for this poor guy and caused the whole death by running the guy over and NOT calling for an ambulance and left him to die. On top of that, the DOG attacked him while he was injured from Karen's Lexus. THEY TOO didn't call for any help and are DENYING that the dog attacked this poor. She didn't want to be charged with murder and THEY didn't want to be charged with their dog attacking an injured man. BOTH are guilty if not for KAREN'S jealous rage and KAREN running him over, this would have never happened. This whole group of drunken misfits, (Karen had NINE drinks that night) and was in a jealous rage and in fear of being dumped by her boyfriend, and the misfit COPS in this pathetic group of maniacs, didn't want to get in trouble for the dog attack, so blamed it solely on Karen .. End of story. This is what you get when you have a prosecutor in a small town who gets paid peanuts and an old gray haired over the hill broad who wears diapers who has an ACE defense team. The dump prosecutor should have blamed BOTH parties and BOTH sides would be in jail. Here we go. Another OJ case. Another Casey Anthony case and yet another case of GUILTY people being set free. Bad prosecutor, great defense team for Karen and both GUILTY parties are going free. Nothing new here. This happens every day in this country . BOTH PARTIES ARE RESPONSIBLE. BOTH PARTIES LEFT HIM TO DIE IN THE COLD WHEN THEY BOTH KNEW HE WAS GOING TO DIE OUT THERE. All because of KAREN being a drunken and jealous misfit who knew her boyfriend was going to dump. I can't believe they can't see that both parties had a hand in his death.

He was tipped off (by someone at the court OR by a fellow LEO) to get rid of his phone, obviously told to do it, he doesn't seem smart enough to do it on his own. No coincidence here. Shame on him! The prosecution's attempts to have everything "objected to and stricken from the record" is part of the continued cover up, that's how I'm looking at it.

I cannot believe the prosecutions office thought this was a winnable case. This case has been a train wreak from the beginning, ugh. I feel really sorry for John’s family. I don’t know if they will ever know what happened to John. If the prosecution was smart they would dig into the Albert’s.
