Pasta, vegetables, cheese, usually some onion, white wine, some kind of onion, and basil/parsley. Amazing how so few ingredients makes such amazing tasting food, and so quick too.

This great video idea, Chef Joel🌷 It's a collections of all that is crazy delicious in the world of pasta. I never forget that day I made Spaghetti Melanzana for the first time... It was such a happy day 😊 and when I crave that sweet feeling, I instantly get up to make it.. It's my number one pasta.. 🔹 And my second favourite is the Sicilian style spaghetti.. I think all the Sicilian recipes are amazing, I've made it over and over again, and I actually made it last Monday😋..
