We all know, the lion is the king of the jungle,
with strong instincts, muscular body and incredible courage.

and can run at a top speed of 80 kilometer per hour in short bursts.
Zebra:
Zebras are the favorite meal of predators such as lions, crocodile, and cheetah. They are herbivores who mostly eat grass and very closely related to horses and donkeys. The teeth of all zebra species are adapted for grazing. Zebras have strong upper and lower incisors for cutting grass.
Cape buffalo:
Cape buffalo, also called African buffalo is not very tall, Only 50-60 inches tall and has relatively short legs, but it is massive, weighing 420 to 860 kilograms.

Hunting is more dangerous than grazing for sure. Tackling such dangerous prey frequently results in severe injury and death for the Lions.
It was good that hipo was giving a good bite to lioness
