6 Hour PRERUNNER BRONCO Build in the Desert
The guys from Desolate Motorsports brought a mint full size Bronco to King of the Hammers 2020 to prove that they could fully build one into a Prerunner Bronco using their parts in just one day. We didn't believe that they could do it. People gathered from all over Hammertown to watch this crazy idea unfold and they somehow made it happen. Full long travel suspension, sway bar, triple bypass shocks, regeared front and rear diffs and even a roll cage when into this build in just over 6 hours. These 6 guys know how to build Broncos and build them fast. The bad thing is now their customers are going to expect faster turnaround times. The good parts is us Knucklehead Garage guys just videoed and drank beer the whole time. It was a great day! Stay tuned as next we are taking this Bronco and the Busted Knuckle Bronco on it's first adventure out at KOH.

Some of the new welders are sooooooo good they can make anyone look good . The auto set features take 99% of the guess work out of setting them up . I have been welding for decades and after having the chance to use the new miller I was floored at how much better looking my welds were. You have to try one of any brand with auto set you will be saving up for one .
The crew at Desolate are beasts. They make some AMAZING Broncos. I'm saving up for another Bronco and will be using either Solo or Desolate.

I'm proud to run Desolate's engine cage on my F150. Greg is man of integrity, his customer service has been amazing whenever I had questions. Most of all, his products aren't just fabricated, they're engineered. I was blown away by the quality of the engine cage. It is engineered to redirect the forces transferred and absorbed by the coilover into the frame in a way that the frame is designed to take load. Desolate and Kibbetech are in my opinion the best prerunner part shops the USA hands down.

@@BustedKnuckleVideo Oh, I will when the funds become available. I can't complain, this skyjacker lift was the best available 15 years ago when I scrapped the original Ford MoCo parts, and it has held up well with the beatings over the last decade. She's not a mall crawler or pavement princess by no means. There's also a lack of true off-road shops in my area, mostly just bolt-on and shine queens, not a true custom shop. Love all the videos, keep em coming.

I'm using the old I beamer dana 44. As a camping getaway truck. It has leaking yoke now, already spent dumb shop money on brakes bearings fail.Went to a 2nd shop, ckeaned fixed. Now needs redoo on brakes bearings seals third time. Didnt want to keep plugging away. Bought a new trail boss silverado. Question upgrades for mid level truck, keeping that in mind is the Twin I beam worth it at all, doing a swap throws away most of the parts n money Ive done.
