Hey, I wanted to thank for your videos and ask a question regarding elbow pain after workout. It demotivates me alot. One thing I noticed that I was overtraining. My trainer made me do a around 2 hour workout including cardio and weight training for 4-5 days a week for a month and I am like starting out in fitness, though I am near 40yrs age. Is it the cause for that constant elbow pain? I can see the results in 2 months but I feel like I am tired all the time.

@ 5:40 boundaries; this is not a problem when you are festive with friends and family, you just account for the estimated calories and focus on adjusting the diet to burn it off; i like to just do a 24 hour fast the day after the family get together…the food from the get together will fuel you during the fast so you don’t even feel anything, and you get back on track; its all about the mindset and knowing the extra you are putting in the body and accounting for it the next day; use your scale to see how much you were effected,i find that it was only a extra pound or 2 that was added from the party, which is burned off in the 24 hour fast

If you're still getting leaner, be patient. Belly fat comes off last. But if it's visceral fat (under the muscle), that's even harder to remove. There's nothing wrong with eating fat, and in fact you want a decent proportion of your food intake to be fats. If you eat too many calories, your body turns it into fat. There are lots of calculators out there that will help you calculate the amount of calories you should consume based on your age, sex, height, weight and activity level - use this as a staring point and add/remove calories as needed depending on your goals and results.

Might sound paradoxal but I struggle with the nutrition not because I have apetites, I'm actually surprised how much I can endure, but the cost of meal prep. Costs moneys and time that I don't have. That's a very bad situation to find yourself into. I think getting in a better phisique is simply not possible for me and I feel so sad. I tried calorie deficit, didn't went crazy on it, was just a test and I noticed that I have to make shopping more often than I usualy need to (usually I would buy ingredients in a weekend, prep food for the entire week and it does save me moneys). I really don't get it. I know all the discussion, people are telling me about discipline trying to adjust and so on but Im completely lost, I don't get it, is as if this is reserved for people who live with their parents or are not alone or people with a very decent income. :( Still, I really like how you treat this subject, feels honest and concise.
