Was there recently and Durban is so run down it's unreal,beachfront is horrible and nothing to do there really, umhlanga is nice and the only place to stay

Agreed.... Durban Central is a mess... Like a 3rd world country
Wow it's wonderful because 2/3 of the population are unemployed they can have afun day with the family holiday are around the corner have fun

not advisable to visit durban. High crime rate. got mugged here. never coming back to durban
