    if you cant use gas hobs, try this with microwave oven, 1 cup rice (i use short) to two cups cold water in a bowl, no lid on and cook at full power for 17 mins after than take ric4e bowl out, stir up and put lid on wait 10 mins, always cook to perfection for me, those recipes looks yummy

    Thank you so much!! Please store rice in separate portions for each amount you want to use. And, I just store crabstick in the bag without separating it.     Dashi is made from dried bonito flakes or kombu, or even both. Sometimes it's made from other ingredients such as dried shiitake mushrooms. Dashi is a soup or dashi powder often used in Japanese cuisine. It contains umami ingredients that enhance the flavor of the dish.
