I never thought I'd say this, but those triangles make me happy.

Stardew valley is such a vast source of creativity for me. Fan fiction and painting are my favorite though. I like to draw everyday items in the style of each character. Working on what Stanley each one would carry.

A nintendo switch sticker would be so cute ❤ My favorite game on the Switch is Animal Crossing. When I was bedridden after having my daughter I spent hours and hours on my island. It really helped me get through a dark time in my life. I'm going to do all of these ideas in my sketchbook and I can't wait to draw something Animal Crossing! Thank you Mira ❤

I’d totallybuy a tablecloth with that strawberry pattern on it. It’s so cute! 😍 It reminds me of those cozy cottagecore style paintings of like a bear baking a pie. 💖

Such cute ideas! The bear and strawberries are my favorites. I like how you encourage people to use any art supply you already have, even if it's nail polish. Maybe you've done this kind of video but it would be fun to see sketchbook ideas with art supplies EVERYONE has in their home: Pencil, blue pen, black Sharpie, tea, coffee, book or magazine pages for collage, etc. or a combination of these materials. The only video game I play is June's Journey. Kind of addictive!

I mostly do fine art now, but sometimes I just can't get my art engine going. I will swatch colors or do easy abstracts just to get myself into a more challenging creative frame of mind and it usually helps. So no matter what kind of art you do or how experienced you are, "playing" with our paints & markers by doing simple artwork that is pleasing and stress free is good for us all! Thanks!

Hard to pick a favorite - the triangles is such a cool look. (& The colors of the boba tea were perfect) Those Arrtx paint pens were so dreamy and nice in the landscape-y one.

I like to use eye shadow in painting. Especially shimmery jewel tones, they make great accent touches.

I really love the sketchbook ideas because i tend to rip pages out of my book and I just don't know what to draw when I feel creative but don't have the motivation to. It inspires me to do something fun and still be creative I do art and puzzles for fun. I play jackbox games with friends too

I LOVE Stardew Valley!! I was never a gamer at all (I'm 56), but my kids suggested Stardew to me, so Nov 2022 I started playing and I've already logged over 1000 hours!!! LOL I'm slightly obsessed. I think this is my favorite sketchbook ideas so far I loved the long lines to make a landscape and the triangle one that looks like so much fun and when you were done I would put a frame on it and hang it that was beautiful now I want to get a set of those cool markers you have some of them are almost look like there's a brush on the end😊

All of the ideas are good. I’ve never heard of stardew valley before but it looks like my kinda game. I mostly play the teenage mutant ninja turtle switch games, five nights at Freddy’s, Mario, kingdom hearts. Reading, drawing, and writing is what I like to do for fun as well as watch old sitcom shows.

My son and I have enjoyed watching your video recently, and he wanted to make sure I commented to say he also likes playing Stardew Valley

All these pages turned out great and I am inspired! I thank you for your down-to-earth approach to sharing with us.

I am glad you made the point at the end about using the ideas as looser inspiration if the style isn't your thing. I love watching your videos and think the art is so cute, but my personal aesthetic is more gothic/darker, so I often adapt your ideas when I do them (or add them to my art ideas list). For example, your animals wearing clothes style of paintings I want to do with similar clothing to yours, cute suit and bow tie or snuggly sweater etc but then adapt the idea to draw a semi-realistic animal skull instead of a fluffy bear or squirrel etc. You could also do little cartoon/kawaii skulls in the checkerboard design instead of strawberries. These ideas are great because you can adapt them to your own style or mood at the time, so it's a good reminder that your art doesn't have to be the same as your inspiration and your sketchbooks in particular can be somewhere just for you to express the things you love, for yourself and no-one else even has to see it.

The graphics in animal crossing is so cute. It makes me feel so happy when playing lol!

For games, I enjoy Stardew (looking forward to the update on Switch when it eventually arrives), Minecraft, FPS like Bioshock and Resident Evil etc, but my current obsession is an MMORPG called Palia. It's like a combination of the best parts of games like Stardew, Minecraft, Animal Crossing, and The Sims that has a really cool building/decorating aspect to make your own house with tons of furniture and decor to craft or buy from NPC characters you interact with. The most unique aspect for me is that the entire focus is on collaboration with other players. If you chop down a tree with other players, then everyone gets the wood from the tree. If you mine an iron node together, you all get the same resources, so it's geared to make collaboration as rewarding as solo play. You can gift resources and stuff like a certain fish you catch to others if they need them, and request items you may need (eg if you run out of arrows for your bow mid-hunt someone can send you 20 instead of you having to go back to your plot to craft more or grab from your storage). There are bugs and fish to catch all of if you want, and 3 main species of creature (each with 3 variants; a regular one, a slightly more difficult one, and a 'magic' one which is the hardest) to hunt - all of which are passive, nothing in the game can harm or kill you. There are a huge variety of quests, challenges, skills, and characters to level up and complete, too. Best of all, it's 100% free! I thoroughly recommend it. My character's name is Ilyana Gilfaren. My favourite was probably the Switch page, even though that seems like the hardest page to me. My favourite Switch game is Animal Crossing, but I like other gaming consoles. One of my favourite PC games is Alien: Isolation. Lots of scary fun!

STARDEW VALLEY! I already loved your channel. I love your combo of sharing life and art. I love your honesty and posivity and the way your Light shines through.
