you have not mentioned property transfer through - partition deed. where you have to pay stamp duty . In Delhi family settlement is not valid document and authorities demanding partition deed. Please guide on this.

I am Member of Plotted CHS. I RECOMMENDED MY YOUNGER BROTHER FOR ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP. I withdrew my recommendation after some days. Ex parte Ad interim interloculatory injunction ...ct for 3/4 years and then Confirmed. Can duch order remain on force....indefinately.. Due to this COOP CORT ORDER... DISPUTENT ? AM RESTRAINS ME FROM ENTERING MY PROPERTY. Is this going on in Legal way ?

Power of attorney out side blood is valid only for 1 year in MP. POWER OF ATTORNEY becomes null the moment the excutor dies. Power never transfers any title and the attorney can never recieve any sale consideration. Plz give complete information

Wrong information - Gift deed DOES NOT have less stamp duty. In Delhi Sale deed and Gift deed have SAME stamp duty

In UP within family gift deed charges are Rs 5000/ only.in other different state less stamps duty rates are changed.

Stamp duty law differs from state to state.. In Rajasthan Gift Deed costs less than Sale Deed.. even gift level decides the stamp duty.. same gift from father to son vis-a-vis gift from gift from grandfather to grandson will have different stamp duties..
Agar property 20+ years pehle cash me li thi aur possession me bhi hai, owner abhi bhi available hai aur ready hai transfer karne k lie but payment ka transaction ni kar sakte ab, esi property kaise transfer ho sakti..?

Sir, मेरे हाल ही में किए गए वसीयतनामा में advocate की typing mistake के कारण मेरे एक गलती हो गई जिसमें गलती से लिखा गया कि मेरा मकान मेरे बड़े बेटे ने अपनी धनराशि से बनवाया जबकि वो मकान मैंने अपनी खुद की धनराशि से बनवाया. वसीयतनामा में इसको ठीक करवाने का तरीका बताएं व इसमें कितना खर्चा आता है, और क्या गवाहों को भी दोबारा बुलाना पड़ेगा?

I recommended my direct brother for my associate membership in a cooperative h society. Latter I give in writing to society not to make him my associate member. Duly acknowledged. However society did it after my withdrawing recommendation. On this AM ship...he went to Cooperative court fir RTI in this plot xerox of Fathers will/ FA. I sm Member. A cooperative judge gave Ex parte Ad Interim Interlocculatry Injunction ..order Don't Disturb his possesion. As matter in court.. Cooperative Depu refuses verification as Matter Subjudiced.? 14 yrs...going on ??? Order confirmed after 3 yrs...being given life for 29.7 to 22.8. only . Is such CONFIRMED order Valid ? Chs..property.... POSSESSION RT GIVEN BY COOP VOURT TO A M..???
