    I've been doing this for quite a long time..... (around 3 weeks daily) Haven't seen any results as of yet but I'm not gonna give up :) I'll update you guys in a month or so

    I have learned (I'm 75 and do yoga) that the first lunge you demonstrated twists your knees. Knees are not ball and socket; they are hinges. Ignoring that alignment over time will cause damage. Guarnateed!

    @@joannasohofficial Kindly help me... I m beginner .. and this looks too much difficult ... Also i have little injury to my right knee ... Now i m thinking that i can't do anything more because i have now little injury to my right knee. A bike hit me and i got little injury to my right knee , and i m thinking now that i cannot do these type of exercises more .... Although my injury is recovering. A very little injury , but bike hit near to my knee bone ... That's why i m disappointed Literally i m disappointed .

    In Curtsy lunge I didn't felt any burning.why? In sumo squats pulses I felt my upper legs burning.am I right guys did you feel? In ,in and out low squats burning on legs. In Spiderman plank my shoulder burning Plank hip dip was very difficult Knee hops

    I will definitely try this tomorrow! I want to get in shape! Althought it's so difficult in a family household with sweets everywhere.. anyone an idea how I can avoid eating these😣? Like ur looking for a banana, open the door, baamm there're cookies?! Of course u'll take one😭 Or do I just have a too weak mind?

    Its toning and lifting the area. You will have less of the muffin top. To get wider hips, you would need to do extra exercises

    Is it also good to tone and reduce fat around that upper thigh-hip area ? or do I need to add more gluts workout to it to maybe get some butt muscles higher ? I very self conscious about that part but it's not exactly the hips it feels like, y'know ?
