Mayara Miquidade almond milk can be substituted for pretty much any milk of your choice, and maple syrup should be a 1:1 ratio with honey or agave.

0:07 - blueberry muffins 0:39 - choc chip muffins 1:13 - cream cheese banana muffins 1:48 - apple cinnamon oatmeal muffins 2:33 - dark choc banana muffins 3:14 - carrot cake muffins

if you want buttermilk, add lemon juice or vinegar to milk and leave it for 15min until the milk curdles, that's it! :)

It's a vegan options so it's "all the rage" right now. Personally it seems like an expensive waste. But that's also because a small bottle (maybe two cups) where I lives probably costs €15 or more. We have some from the states but it only comes out on special occasions.... haha

I made the chocolate chip muffins! Instead of whole wheat flour I used all purpose flour and instead of coconut milk I used normal cow milk. They tasted great!

I mad chocolate banana, apple cinnamon, and carrot cake at the same time. whole process took 90 min substituted almond milk for cow milk, and halfed between whole wheat and all purpose flour the feedback was amazing can't wait to try the rest. As usual tasty, you don't disappoint ❤

I get that you are trying to save money by making these compilation videos. I actually like them because they remind me of old recipes. But PLEASE, I've said this before but PLEASE put the name of the recipe BEFORE you start it. I shouldn't have to watch an entire recipe to know if I want to watch it.

nazim jamadar it adds moisture and sweetness to the muffins so no, but you can substitute it for another syrup (just not honey cause it doesn't bake very well)

Recipe (Nr.1 Blueberry Muffin): 2 Eggs 1/4 Cup Oil (60ml) 2/3 Cup Maple Syrup (158ml) 3/4 Cup Almond Milk (180ml) 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (30ml) 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract (15ml) ---> Mix all above and add: 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour (256gr) 2 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder (13.5gr) Pinch of Salt +- 150g Blueberry

Honey, if want the same taste or just go with regular sugar. 2/3 cup maple syrup = 1 cup sugar.

The one that I would try and that is my favorite is the carrot cake muffin...
