Ingredients
* cream cheese 900 gram
* granulated sugar 340 gram
* eggs 5
* heavy cream 600 gram
* vanilla extract 5 gram
* National vanilla Custard powder 30 gram
* Lemon juice 40gram
* Puck cheese 120 gram
* Nutella chocolate
Process
Mix sugar and cream cheese first and then add everything and mix them well.
Bake
20-25 minutes 250 c
Give it rest 2 hour room temperature.
Cool it in the fridge for 4 hours

Recipe: Ingredients:
Milk- 2.5 cups
Custard powder- 3 tbsp
sugar- 5 tbsp
Assorted fruits- 2 cups
Assorted nuts- 2 tbsp
Step-by-step recipe:
▪️Pour milk to a heavy bottom pan. Bring it to boil.
▪️Add sugar and stir very well so that the sugar dissolves.
▪️Take warm milk in a bowl, add custard powder.
▪️Mix well, there should be no lumps.
▪️Keep the flame on low and add the custard mix. Stir continuously.
▪️Cook for 2-3 minutes until the custard thickens.
▪️Cover and allow the custard to cool at room temperature.
▪️Add chopped fruits and nuts of your choice. Mix.
▪️Refrigerate for 2 hours.
▪️Serve fruit custard garnished with some more fruits, some chopped nuts or dry fruits.

* 1 packet instant Rafan vanilla custard

For 12-15 donuts
Donuts Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1 tbsp dry yeast (6-7 g of instant yeast)
4 tbsp granulated sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 cup water
3 eggs yolk
86 g butter (Room temperature)
For the Top:
5 tbsp granulated sugar
In a bowl, whisk together the warm water, flour ,yeast, a pinch
of salt , sugar, eggs, vanilla (optional), butter.
Mix them until combined for about 3-4 minutes.
Then, cover it with a clean kitchen cloth or plastic wrap and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes to 15 mins until doubled in size.
Bring a tray and sprinkle flour on the top. Make Small dough balls and place them on the tray. Use plastic wrap or cloth and cover the balls and let them rest for 40 mins untill doubled in size.
Heat the oil to 350F( low medium heat). Fry both sides until golden brown.
Remove donuts from oil.

50grm egg yolks (3-4yolks) depending on the size of the eggs.
35grm sugar
Rafan Vanilla Custard
225grm liquid milk
110 grm dark chocolate
75 unsalted butter, at room temperature.
method: In a bowl, mix the egg yolk and sugar and starch until the ingredients are blended together. Stir them on low flame, add milk and whipped cream, and
continue to stir until it becomes hot without boiling and pour it over the mixture of eggs and sugar, and stir constantly until it become thick like custard. Pour custard on chocolate, stir until it melts, add butter and mix it. cover it with nylon and refrigerate at least two hours.

Om Ali, Omali, Umm Ali, or Oumm Ali أم على meaning “Mother of Ali”, is a traditional Egyptian dessert, and is a national dessert of Egypt. There are numerous variations with different composition.
Recipe:
* Rafan Custard
* Whipping cream (Optional)
* Granulated Sugar
* Cardamom and Cinnamon; again these are optional but I love the subtle flavour they add
* Croissants/puff pastry/Bread.
* Almonds, Pistachios, Raisins and Coconut. All of these will be layered in the pudding plus added on top when serving!
Bake it for 15 minutes and serve.
