Obvisouly you have like half the ROM, so its pretty crap. You dont see it for a reason. Youd normally use dumbells so they can go down the sides of the chair and you get long stretch and full range. But they wanted to make 6 exercises I guess, so theyre putting anything in.

i would personally perform no more than 3 exercises of biceps per workout 3 exercises 3 sets tops for biceps.
