5MF - Fix Micro Movements

When using virtual stick you can often find that unwanted movements creep into your video.
Here's a quick way to fix that using free software.

    Barry, This is great! I’ve used stabilize before on things like filming from a rough riding tractor, but never thought about using it for something like this! Kudos!

    Thanks! It's not always necessary, but t's been super useful when it was. It doesn't always work, or sometimes you need to use a few different methods (Davinci has a ton of other ways to do this at varying levels of complexity). But this is a great start, particularly when you are only using a short piece of a clip.

    Great tip. I use Adobe Premiere Pro which has, at you mentioned, comparable functionality. Just need to remember to use it!

    Yup. That one has it. Warp stabilizer I believe (right?)

    any ideas why the issues are not visiable/there if I fly the drone manually? Technically I am also flying using the virtual sticks, no?

    No, you are not using virtual sticks. You are using sticks. The issue is the feedback loop on virtual sticks. It takes a small amount of time for the drone to report where it is at and where it is facing, the tablet to compare to the plan, and then send adjustments. When you are flying manually your brain does this much more smoothly - at least if you have some experience it does.
