Bandwidth on 4g/5g is shared across all the users in that region. If number of users increases, bandwidth decreases. But in broadband, you have the dedicated bandwidth in both uplink & downlink, also the back end fibre link is capable of transmitting more than 1gbps data.

but fiber optic 968 ku 150mbps ku they give 3300GB as data , in that case mobile data is in comparable. plus the outage is nearly zero if the area network is good, plus battery drain in phone hotspot etc

At the end of the day its comes to price vs data, broadband will always be cheap with the speed they give with data, for eg in 4G a simple 40gb data will cost you around 300 rupees. Bro, ellam ok tha, but data limit pathi pesave illayae. Broadband has 3.3TB limit per month but cellular network has daily data limit like 1.5gb,2gb,etc. Even if we get 1Gbps in 5G. We are limited to low data limit that is another drawback in cellular network.
