You can't do anything with the leggy part already... You may cut that part and plant it in the soil
I only have a single leaf. Can it be propagated?

Possibly but chances of growing is low.. best to propagate using cuttings

We grow our own, sometimes i order online or import those na wala pa kami
pwede po ba mag order po ako nang fertelizer sa nio? magkano po? taga cebu po ako
