@@karolmaciejewski340 of m2 was underpowered and underdeveloped. It became apparent when m240i came out. There was almost no reason of getting a regular m2 over m240i

Don't forget it can already safely run 40hp more since it's a software downtuned M4 engine, it's still crazy though.

@@dutchlogitechclan even 100hp when u take an m4gts in comparison with the exact same engine without opf :) a stage 1 always gets about 510hp and 700nm
The M2C is just a thing of beauty and I hope to get one for my next car.

Without spending astronomical sums for super cars like Lamborghini or Ferrari, I think a car like this can give you just as much satisfaction. BMW forever.
That's amazing! Those Cup 2 tires must be very sticky because it seems way more hooked up than my stock M2C, even though it has so much more power. This car is seriously fast considering how little has been changed on it. If any reader is on the fence about an M2C, they are seriously fun cars to drive, even stock. Mine has DCT and unless you are a professional driver, being able to keep both hands on the wheel while the car is wagging it's tail is good thing.

Go to a BM3 authorize tuner and unlock the ecu. It's totally worth it. Mine is stage 2 on 93oct and the car is a whole different animal.
I wanted to see a speed run! That's what your channel is about a speed and rpm on the bottom and speed run

The cup2 gives much more grip. But the back end seems to go very fast and not very progressive when the limit is reached. So not so good for drifting. 😄

@@ak-jxrdy-7 Mate, my last car (owned for 4 years), was a tuned M140i. It was a straight line missile, 455bhp/634nm, and once rolling it pulled away from RS3's, A45S's, Tesla's, base 911's, Rangie SVR's, all sorts. But ... take the engine and gearbox out of the mix, and it was still just a 118i chassis. The OG M2 is noticeably slower accelerating, but wow, in every other way it is much better. Steering, suspension/damping, cornering, traction, noise, and of course the looks 😍

@@DjNikGnashers I can imagine, seems like it was a rocket. I was always fond of the M140i too. I've even seen one with an M2 Comp bumper swap, looked mental. What mods did you do to yours? And yeah, in most cases, a coupe will outperform a hatchback in handling due to the better weight distribution, wheelbase and aerodynamics.

They are using go pro. Not sure which model though, but it is 7 or 8 or 9 they all look similar.
M2 / variants are the perfect replacer of the e46 M3. Almost the same size, not a big car, great 6 cil car, agile. The M4 feels so much bigger

@@DomWayne faster yes, but it's not only about speed. The e46 wasn't the quickest car, but the overall package is perfect

torque figures are result of 6 Zyl. 3,0 Liter engine...still doesn't help to be any faster than a tuned RS3 with "only" 670Nm and same acceleration....
