See how many the .577 can get through and how many heads it can liquify with one shot in slow mo .

The penetration from that thing looks wicked! With the velocity of that thing, there isn't much to compare it to. Maybe 50cal or 338 Lapua? I'd be curious to see what it does, bullet performance, when it actually hits tough skin, heavy muscle and hard bone. Something similar in size to the dangerous game it's meant for. Maybe compare to the other "dangerous game" rounds along with the other 2 calibers I mentioned above. I know there are many between the 375 H&H Magnum and the 700 Nitro Express. 338 Lapua is a little smaller, bullet wise, than the 375 but I'd still enjoy seeing it's performance against the other calibers. Maybe from like 20-50 yards instead of virtually point blank. As usual, great video Scott!

I've owned dozens of guns over the years worked in public safety hunt etc. I've never had the thought "hmmm I wonder how often Scott will have to have to change the stock out on that rifle over the course of ownership?" Those rifles like the Bugatti of guns, insanely power top of the food chain and maintenance costs that rival owning a home.

I sincerely feel like this just beyond what can be categorized as a rife and enters more of “shoulder cannon” territory. Think about it, you fire that at a solid wall and it not only takes out the wall, but it takes out the bad guy behind the wall, and at least the 4 bad guys behind him. And the other wall just for fun.
