    sir output is connect with non inverting pin in IC 555 timer

    In that case the threshold input is connected with the inverting terminal of the upper comparator And Trigger is connected with non inverting terminal of the lower comparator hence the output in that ckt will be just opposite of this case That's why you should use an inverter at the output
