This is an older video I filmed (2023) of a 2000 Honda XR100 that I installed a BBR 120 big bore kit into, apologies if the quality is not the best. Overall the process was pretty easy and I am a big fan of the kit since its a pretty good bang for your buck. Feel free to ask any questions about the kit in the comments below!

I agree, this was footage from over a year ago, so apologies that it's not the best quality! Have a new video soon where I tried to record more of me actually doing the work.

Did you mess with jetting at all? Stock jets?

Stock jetting with some small fuel screw adjustments works pretty decent. Did try and get experimental with an ATC200 carb but it did need bigger jets.

@@dylantolo thanks! I just did the same kit and it starts and idles fine but has a terrible sputter in the mid range of throttle no matter how I adjust the carb or needle.

@samjaspar6337 one thing that's super common is the air boot from the carb to motor, so check that for cracks or leaks. Should be able to use stock jetting without much issue.
