They were the support act for "Kool And The Gang" in the Berlin Tempodrom and performed recently on the same stage as jazz legend and Grammy prize winner Dave Samuels! Since then their fanbase has grown in the capital city. No wonder: "55 Fifty Five" create a unique mix of blues, rock, jazz, and soul that they play with immense power and fantastic melodies that go straight into the hearts and legs of their audience.

Von Ille bin ich sehr begeistert und jetzt kommt's ... Bin über das "Winnieh Puuh Titellied" drauf gekommen (nicht Film, sondern ältere Serie), welches er laut meiner Recherche eingesungen hat. Er singt das so weich und "unschuldig", und plötzlich kommen da mehrstimmige Gesangswände. Das Voicing hat mich im ersten Moment bissl an Münchner Freiheit erinnert, v.a. die Weichheit und die Mehrstimmigkeit. Andere Disney Lieder und auch das im Video gezeigte Material klingt noch mal ganz anders, sehr vielseitig und ja ... die Stimme kriegt mit der Zeit natürlich noch bissl Dreck, so soll es sein :-D
