WOW that owners closet has me sold already.. Super Amazing ❤ I'm just nip picking to my liking love the the design of the kitchen I would probably change the color of cabinets not really a huge fan of dark cabinets for kitchen. Overall very Beautiful

That casita would be amazing for even just a work from home office especially if you have loud kids like I do . I could feel like I’m leaving for an actual work place lol and then come home like oh just on my lunch break then it’s back to the office man traffic is horrendous gotta take it to go honey 😂 !

pathways are tight when you move around, probably they could have given the same width in the entrance through out.

It does not have a second exit but I would speak with Westin about this. I believe that room is usually storage accessible from a hallway on the 2nd floor (not the closet). So I would double check with the builder.

for this sized home, media room could have been designed to have more distance between the screen and the seating. feels too close
