#54 黄姜糯米饭Tumeric Glutinous Rice |Pulut kunyit | Pulut kuning| Without water |无水版

我用了泰国糯米。若用的是普通糯米必须浸泡隔夜才接着浸泡黄姜的步骤。
若是没有鲜黄姜,可以用黄姜粉加水。
材料:
500g 糯米
40g 黄姜
1/2 小匙盐
400 ml 水
200ml 椰浆
I am using Thai glutinous rice. If you are using normal or others brand glutinous rice, please soak overnight before continue with the soaking turmeric water process.
If you don’t have fresh turmeric, you may use turmeric powder adding water.
