I've been watching Jasmine for a hot minute now. The reason being is due to the fact that she has always remained constant with giving her honest and genuine review of every product that she shows on the channel. She's not rude or dismissive of the brand and what they're trying to convey with the product that they put out into the market either. I love that she gives a detailed description of any products that she uses or puts them in the description box. I feel that she's fair and kind with the reviews. She gives pros and cons to why she either loves or hates something. I definitely appreciate her opinions and honesty. Thanks Jas for another great review 👏🏽💯

I’m SO happy you viewed this foundation! I heard great things and went to buy it and I was surprised by the price and decided to hold off. I really value your reviews and I was so surprised how oily it got! I’m glad I saw this before I got it.

I think now that there are foundations out there with skincare ingredients, it set the standard that if we're going to pay high end prices like that, they should have some yummy ingredients. Haus Labs and other brands kinda set a new standard.

From what I’ve learned, the combo of the foundation with the powder, the powder doesnt hold back the oils. With a translucent powder it helped hold the oil back. Better for normal to dry skin.

Thank you for trying it on under your eyes!! No one ever does that and I feel like if you’re skin is basically flawless the best test for coverage is on the under eyes. I also don’t wear concealer at all so that was sooo helpful! Thanks Jas!

Other beauty influencers need to take note on your account. They’ve been making videos talking about beauty KZread “dying” and complaining about their views being so low lately. Well….it’s because they’ve changed their content, stopped doing a lot of makeup/skincare content, and now they’re doing daily vlog style videos. People who watched beauty/skincare videos still want that content. We don’t want to watch their daily outings, and daily lives, all the time….Maybe occasionally, but not every video. People still want makeup review videos! *You* don’t seem to have any problems with your view numbers, or subscriber numbers, because you’ve stuck with your original content. I appreciate this! 🙏🏼

I used this with the Danessa Myricks skin blurring balm powder (translucent) as a primer and it wore amazing. I did end up returning it just because I felt I could get the same wear with some of my other foundations. But it was beautiful ❤

My first high end makeup purchase after college was a cream foundation. I wore this one for years, until it was discontinued. So I am so excited that this kind of formula is coming back! Mine was more full coverage, and lasted through a full work day.... so I'm not sure this is one is something I'll try. But like you, I love trying foundations!!❤

@emi I have been interested in the Pur foundation since watching Raw Beauty Kristi use it for several years. And Tati was just talking about the Beauty Blender foundation and how much she loves it! I wear the Wet n Wild Tinted Hydrator skin tint on a daily basis. It is gorgeous on the skin, and I can't believe how affordable it is. One of my friends bought it for me to try, and I'm hooked on it!!

I appreciate this review! 👏🏾👏🏾 It shocked me that you preferred the powder over the cream foundation. I feel like everyone else was like yes to the foundation and no to the powder lol. I appreciate the honesty and giving it a fair chance by trying it out again the next day with different products instead of writing it off after the 1st use.

I won't be picking this up but my favorite Patrick Ta product is Monochrome Moment Velvet Blush in She's Adorable. It is the most beautiful golden peach blush color. If I'm in a quick rush and just want stick to high end makeup this is one of my favorite blushes to wear. It's definitely a beautiful blush to wear all throughout the year. I will always repurchase that blush when I run out of it. Right my go to favorite powder foundations are: Elf Cosmetics Camo Powder Foundation in Light 210N, Colourpop Pretty Fresh Powder in Light 8, It Cosmetics Celebration Full Coverage Powder Foundation, It Cosmetics Celebration Foundation Illumination (either or I love), and PÜR 4 - in 1 Pressed Mineral Powder Foundation SPF15 in Light. I love how they were throughout the day and powder foundation is geared towards oily and acne prone skin and they don't even break me out. All of these powder foundations I love how they cover up my pores and my acne. It works really well.

Honestly I don’t see myself buying a 52 dollar foundation but I love your videos and supporting you 😆💖 it looked so good when you applied it tho you give products a good chance and I love that I trust all your reviews if I ever did buy high end I’m buying what you recommend 😆

I think it actually does warrant the $52 price because it’s 2 products. I think you end up paying the same, if not more in foundation and setting powder when you purchase separately. I used to use fenty foundation which is $39 and Laura mercier setting powder which runs $40 so, this is actually not bad 😀
