51. Questioning Your Beliefs with Dr. Kelly Brogan | PART 1

Ойын-сауық

When’s the last time you questioned your own beliefs? Have you ever questioned your own beliefs?
Today, Emily is joined by Dr. Kelly Brogan for a 2-part episode on Why Isn’t Everyone Questioning Their Beliefs?
Kelly is a clinical psychologist who has shifted into integrative and holistic medicine after struggling with an autoimmune condition called Hashimoto’s disease. She shares her frustration with conventional medicine, which failed to provide her with nutritional and holistic approaches that significantly improved her health. This ultimately led her to question the conventional medical system she had been part of.
They also discuss the importance of balancing your masculine and feminine energies, and how Kelly has learned to cultivate a more nurturing archetype within herself.
One of the most profound things in this episode is Kelly’s inspiring ability to redefine herself, and her humility in questioning her beliefs.
Stay tuned for Part 2 of this powerful conversation. We promise you, it’s going to be even better.

Wow , wonderful subject . It seems young people are open minded and ready to change. On another hand it seems mature people are fully formed ( dead inside ) and not capable to question beliefs. ❤

I NEED part 2! Ugh I just love Dr. Brogan, every time I've heard her speak it just lights me up! Super excited to hear more about her journey with sensuality and sexuality in part 2, it's definitely a part of my femininity that I've been struggling with since becoming a mother.

Only one-self can learn from one's own unique experience. Allowing myself to be the only one entitled to know myself -> self awareness, self-mastery. One is the most normal for oneself. There is no better/more suiting adoration than one's own. The truest recognition is in my own successful outcomes. I do believe there are suitable ideal companions, no matter the gender or the type of relationship (personal, professional.. ) But in the highest human culture's interest is To be the most awesome-godly to oneself. That is considered holistically healthy. When it is healthy and respectful, ofcourse, always in the optimal version of it.

There is a way of controlling one's energy, so u can help someone with a suitcase without energetic attachemnts. To those I'll allow it, otherwise I'll do it myself. Also the other way around, I'll help, if it is without attachement. Because I like my energy to be wholistically, healthy self-regulatedand at my own disposal at any moment. I'll let you whine about it, I'm gone, preserving my integrity. The most precious thing the most sacred holy thing I got. I like to be whole. And that is a healthy and respectful way of doing it anyways. And I would expect you're all your own best examples.
