I remember tripping on mushrooms watching you build the staircase when the ramp was there. You filmed so many nails as you were hammering it, I cracked up so much and it settled me down.

The outside shower is probably my favorite addition. The way you have the house back from the road and seems private is makes it a great place to live.

Hey Sir, what type of heat do you use in garage? I see you are in PA, I am also. So I could not run water in my shop since I do not have a constant heat source. I burn wood, and do not have insulation. So it gets cold when the fire goes out. Thanks. Nice complex!

Fantastic job and way to keep plugging away at building your house that meets your needs! A double 4 post lift in that back right corner would clean up a lot of space, mustang and Jeep up top with Land rover and Z4 on the ground then can still park your daily next to it or up front like you have it.

That wall has to have a fire rating, which involved doing drywall the whole way up to the roof line. Next is finish the upstairs and add a porch 🤘

Absolute banger of a place my man! Were you able to secure a home loan for the initial cost? Not sure how that all works, I’m assuming you pay out of pocket for upgrades or HEL’s

Thank you! I used a traditional loan but I saved up a lot to keep the loan amount about half of the total project cost (including land). A construction loan would be a way to do it. I made sure I paid off the land before applying for the loan to build which will help your overall balance sheet.

This place is beautiful. I think once my daughter graduates high school I may seriously consider talking my wife into selling our current house to do something like this. Do you have any plans for Landscaping? Grasses / Shrubs / Landscape lighting. If you choose to go with a deck - would you go with a wood product or a plastic decking? Thanks for sharing!

As of now I enjoy the simplicity and low upkeep of my landscaping 😂. If I do a deck, I'll do it myself so I'd probably just go traditional treated lumber.

Normally a shed would be out swinging but the type of door I used are meant to be inswing. Luckily I have plenty of room to open them in front of the mower.

No heat/AC in the shop. I use a large window unit in the living space which works well for now. I plan to do a full system before I finish the second floor.

If your wanting something fairly reliable and 4x4 I’d get you a little Toyota pickup or older Tacoma or maybe the first gen tundra with the v8 if you ever think about selling the jeep

I don't have heated floors and I love the concrete floors. They seem to regulate the temperature nicely. Maybe a little cool in winter but I have more than enough heat from my wood stove. They seem to help keep the place cool in the summer.

I apologize for commenting this here lol but on that 600hp Mustang you turbocharged a few years back what did you do to the transmission? Did you swap it or build it? If you bought it what transmission is it and if you built it how much did it cost? Thanks! If you by chance have a parts list I would love to see it if possible. I want to turbo my 3v with the onn3 kit so I’m curious what you have to mod!

Stock transmission and still the stock clutch. If you watch the build series you can see exactly what I did🤘

All in I prob have around 15k and about 1200hrs in the car, bought it wrecked and did everything myself

If I were to upgrade the transmission do you have any recommendations that could hold 600-650 hp? Right now I’m fbo cammed and I’m having a hard time finding what a good trans would be.

Garage is called polyaspartic roll on coating. It's held up okay, could use a couple more coats. The living space is stained then clear coated and has held up great.
