Cast iron is perfect if you want less noise, but also gets hotter than an aluminium cylinder.
50cc is perfect if you want to ride 50km/h but if you want to accelerate much faster or ride much harder you should still think about a different cylinder....

Wat moet ik allen maal aan passen voor zo’n 70cc Parma kit of kan ik hem ook gewoon zo gebruiken met een hoop vermogen

Ja du kannst es so nutzen mit einem 19er vergaser
Ik heb een standaard cilinder en zuiger (50cc dus) kan ik hier een afgevlakt cilinderkop opdoen of gaat hij hierbij warmlopen?

Zolang je squish niet te klein is en je alles goed hebt afgesteld zal je niet zomaar een warmloper krijgen.
Ik heb een airsal 50cc is het daarbij normaal dat je hoger in de toeren gaat en het langer duurt met overschakelen naar de 2e versnelling

Een Airsal 50cc is een stuk agressiever afgesteld dan een standaard Tomos cilinder. Dus je kan inderdaad hogere toeren bereiken.

Passt der 74cc gilardoni auf tomos? Oder muss man ein eigenen auspuff schweißen?

The 74cc Gilardoni fits but you do have to modify the crankcase and use a custom manifold for both the axhaust and carburetor.
De Maxwell 65cc heeft wel eens een gietfout, beuners hebben hier ook eens een video over gemaakt. Zuiger komt te ver onder de onderste poort en heeft een squish van 2mm+

zelfde geld met airsal maar dat is standaard, airsal heeft standaard een erg slechte squish

Dit is opgelost sinds een jaartje of 1.5. Dit gebeurt niet meer. Ze gebruiken een andere mal nu.

Dus maxwell van Marktplaats is niet aan te raden.

@@notagunfreak8146helaas is dat het geval met de meeste tomos cilinders. ik heb denk ik een half jaar geleden een nieuwe 65c c airsal gekocht bij tomoshop, dat was een nieuwe lading maar daar vond ik de squish nog steeds erg groot van, de zuiger komt nog steeds niet bovenin de cilinder. ik had met een normale hoge druk kop meer als 3mm squish, nu sinds kort een gevlakte erop gezet en nu ongeveer een squish van 1,6 stuk beter wel. maar om het te optimaliseren zou ik de cilinder af moeten laten draaien.

@@Niels-booij Dit is met elke tomos cilinder zo behalve de 50cc dmp gietijzer. Alleen de maxwell had een gietfout dat ook de poort timingen echt totaal niet klopte waardoor die presteerde als een standaard cilinder. Geen enkele tomos cilinder is dus echt prestatie gericht. Als je wat snellers wilt moet je er een puch cilinder opzetten maar dan krijg je een hele hoop complicaties erbij.
Airsal 60ccm habe ich zurückgeschickt weil der Kolben nicht mal durch den Zylinder ging wäre nur mit Gewalt gegangen 😅
