THE RECIPE:
House Paint-base aka puddle for the substrate: PPG Multi-Pro in EGGSHELL at Home Depot.
Use the colors of your choice! These tutorials are meant to educate and inspire! Here's how to mix:
Use the house paint straight from the can. Then add your puddles of your favorite Boom Gel color. For the last puddle, make your "cell activator" as follows and blow out by mouth or with a hair dryer!
Cell Activator/Color: Australian Floetrol + Amsterdam Carbon Black 2.5 -1 ratio Floetrol to paint.

Colours are very pretty. Boom gel does have some beautiful colours, but I do miss some of the bling that you can get with some pigments. I think I would use bloom gel with a bling colour as well. Beautiful composition!!

Oooh, you've just inspired me to use the Unicorn Spit I've been holding on to for a couple of years. I got into paint pouring super heavy during Covid and then lost the joy a year or so ago. Love the syringe idea too! Gotta say, I can totally see this on a t-shirt with the your, "Holy prettiness!" Or "Hella Hella pretty! " printed on it. Fun phrase!!! ❤

Thank you so much for doing this. I've been wondering about the gels and finally bought 6 though not here yet. I love those colors, but of course they aren't the colors I bought lol. I'm keeping tuned in!🥰
We have always loved watching your videos. Please don't put music in them like so many others do. So distracting, we so prefer you talking and not having the music in competition at the same time

Beautiful, Karen. I use a baby "snot sucker" to remove unwanted bits. To me, it's easier to work than the syringe. On Amazon they have the snot sucking bulbs that come apart for easy cleaning, if you'd like to give that a try.

Love this but of course I love ALL of your art! Question, have you put Boom gel in your color sequence before? In other words, golden paint color, piggie color, piggie color, boom gel, Amsterdam color, cell activator. Thank you for teaching us and sharing your talent!

Yes and it works great! You definitely can mix and match just make sure your consistencies are the same!

You're my favourite fluid art artist by far, I even have one of your paintings, but the music in the last few vids drives me mad, I love hearing your happy, informative voice but the music is a bit off putting for me. Sorry Karen, I know you can't please 'em all, its just me I guess. I turn the sound off on everyone else's vids, but not yours, I love your chat. 💚💙🩵🖤🤍
