Holy amazing colors Batman! I'm still on my journey using all transparent colors with only one opaque color, and it worked so well with this Shellee Art Bloom Technique! THE RECIPE:
House Paint-base aka puddle for the substrate: PPG Multi-Pro in Eggshell (Home Depot).
Pouring Medium aka PM Recipe: mix with all colors EXCEPT the cell activator:
Behr 8300 Untinted Deep Base Paint (Home Depot); and Valspar High Gloss Ultra Base C Untinted base (Lowe's). 50/50. Mix well. NO varnish added!
Use the colors of your choice! These tutorials are meant to educate and inspire! Here's how to mix:
Pigments: For a 3 oz cup I add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of pigment powder to the cup, then add enough gloss varnish (any brand; I use JoSonja gloss varnish) to cover the powder. Mix well until all pigment is thoroughly wet; then add the pouring medium.
Golden, Atelier, and Da Vinci Fluid Acrylics: I put about 2-2 1/2 ounces of the pouring medium into a 3 ounce cup, then squirt in color until I reach my desired shade. Mix well.
For tube paint, I added an ounce of paint (heaping tablespoon) to a 3 ounce cup, then added 2 ounces of pouring medium. If still thick I add a squirt of Golden's High Flow Medium (thins and extends acrylic colors) and stir well. All pigments are 1/8th tsp. pre-disbursed with a small amount of JoSonja Varnish to wet it (stir really well), then add into a 3 oz. cup of Pouring Medium; stir well.
Cell Activator/Color: Australian Floetrol + TriArt Carbon Black. Not quite 3:1 Floetrol to paint.

Karen it’s gorgeous! What a fun idea three transparent and one opaque. I am going to try it. I love your show. I wish you could make more videos. I know a little demanding sorry can’t help it. I absolutely love your work. I strive to be as good or as close as I can. The ne I can't do is find the right hair dryer that has cool air High fan lol. I don't know why but everything u say that a Crack up. Iam constantly saying that around my house. Lol thanks for making it so fun to watch and learn from you!!!

Would you consider making a whole video focused on your blow drying technique? Try to show the angle, how far you are from the canvas and what you are watching for and adjusting while blowing? So many of us would love to learn from your technique!!! ❤

No the regular tube paint
Next time start with a centered canvas 😅 it’ll make it less problematic

The CA you are calling Tri-art cell do you mean Tri-art paint or is it the Tai-art medium cell flow? Also I alway love your videos, one of my fav artists. I am not fond of a 2 part video. I think one piece of art should be start to finish.
