the oobleck turned out how I thought it would - a little disappointing, but very messy and not quite the non-newtonian fluid result through the grates/blades. thanks for being there this year, you got a lot more subs and always top-quality content to watch, but don't ever lose the Aussie humour boys. cheers from the other side of the land.

I haven't laughed so hard as I did with the bit with the cheese. Just getting a chunk of cheese lodged into a giant fly swatter and breaking a gopro with another chunk of cheese is so funny for some reason

Say the bouncy ball is actually travelling at your predicted 500mph then it would have roughly 3,772 joules of energy and for the size of a bouncy ball ( 0.045m on average ) it would take 6525 joules of energy to break the corrugated ( presumably low carbon ) steel of your bunker. So you would have been safe but you’d have a massive dent and you’d better hope it doesn’t hit the window because glass or acrylic, it won’t stand up to it! Also this was surprisingly hard maths not helped be the fact I couldnt find a single website that accurately calculated the amount of kinetic energy needed to break commercial mild corrugated steel or the mass, velocity and elasticity factors of the bouncy ball and though I am a physicist I’m not very good at maths ( at least I don’t think I am ) so this was a pain to calculate
