Agreed. From 2003 - 2009 he was the king. Mo farah holds off competitors now while bekele used to demolish them.

@@fogajeanz Acabo de ver esto, en 2020! What a coincidence! I have always thought the same! Anyway, she married Bekele's rival so their kid is loaded with running genes...or perhaps, ironically, none at all. We'll find out. Cheers!

Bekele learned from his 2004 loss to El G and didn't let Lagat have a chance to out kick him in this race. Absolutely beautiful performance.

Es correcto francisco. Al igual que el fútbol profesional el. Atletismo es muy desgastante físicamente.que requiere una preparación ardua

Las primeras 13 posiciones son tiempos más rápidos que la marca olímpica de Mo Farah, sin duda hay una diferencia grandísima entre las carreras de Bekele y las de Mo. Bekele salía y jalaba con todo y se imponía con unos ritmos bien infernales para destrozar a los demás corredores, mientras que Mo Farah era más táctico el siempre se iba en la parte trasera o media del pelotón y dejaba que los demás corredores jalaran al pelotón para después él en el transcurso de la carrera ir recortando corredores para llegar a la punta y después rematarlos en la vuelta final con su zancada y sprint, nunca se animó a liderar el pelotón cómo Bekele. En lo personal no me gusta nada el estilo de Mo, esa estrategia de ni de pedo le hubiera funcionado con Bekele o Kipchoge. Fueron pocas veces las que corrieron juntos pero cuando Mo Farah corría contra Bekele, Kipchoge y Zersenay Tadese por mencionar a algunos Mo no tenía nada que hacer contra esas bestias ellos jalaban bien duro, había veces que Mo ni siquiera entraba en el top 5. Y no es que le quite mérito a Mo pero lo que quiero decir es que hay una gran diferencia de nivel entre Bekele y Mo. Mo ganó muchos dobletes olímpicos y mundiales porque Bekele y Kipchoge hicieron la transición de la pista a la ruta al medio maratón y maratón y le dejaron libre la pista a Mo, después Mo hizo su transición de la pista a la ruta pero ahí se encontraba a todos los que le ganan en la pista y no tenía oportunidad contra ellos le pasaba lo mismo que en la pista no podía ganarle a corredores como Bekele o Kipchoge mejor por eso Mo se regresó a la pista.

mo farah is nuff more than joke against this man... he was really epic athlete... comparing mo farah 27:05 (pers best 26:46) rio 2016 to bekele 26:17 ahahaha. kenenisa got all that mo farah has but much cooler, excellent acceleration and finish is better, i don't even talk about endurance which is uncomparable

I'm not gonna say Mo Isn't a great athlete and champion, but Mo never raced anyone Like El Guerrouj like Bekele did. Also, Since you're on this page, you obviously saw just how dominant Bekele was. When was Mo ever confident enough to just completely destory the field from the front like Bekele did here?
