Glad you enjoyed it! The entrance is amazing and unique.
The best thing about this house is the view of the backyard. The layout is not bad, but there are some things I could improve.

@@RajSahoo I don't like the double staircase, it wastes a lot of space. By the way, a guest bathroom could be located under it. I don't like kitchen cabinets - they're so last century. And, of course, plumbing. It's very outdated.

@@ulan1408 Yes, we are compromising on space for a grand entrance. That makes sense. The powder bathroom under the stairwell was in their Sandhaven plan very similar to this. Most of their plans have the powder bath away from the primary bedroom. Appreciate the feedback!
