Beautiful home with incredible views. The below is just some constructive criticism and not meant to beat you up. The one big complaint I have is how you were jumping all over the home. You made it hard to get a real good feel for the flow of the home. You need to stick with going left or right and then continue in a complete circle. And the video was almost 40 minutes long, but not once did you open any cabinets or draws in any room especially the kitchen that you were trying to highlight. You didnt talk about any of the appliances or the layout of the kitchen. And lastly, do a lot less talking and let the home sell itself.

I don’t mean to be rude by any means but your walk through was all over the place. You skipped from one room to another in no real order that made sense. I would have preferred that you started at the front door and moved in an organized fashion through the house.

Thanks for the feedback! I have done walk throughs previously walking from the front of the home to the back but others have stated they want to see the most appealing parts of the home first (main living area, backyard, primary bedroom/bathroom, etc). I think there is a personal preference here. Appreciate your feedback and will continue listening to everyone’s preference!
