    Correction you can drive a tank just about anywhere in the US as long as you have rubber tracks instead steel. And you can get a permit to have a working cannon on it. You can still have the gun but they cut a hole in the barrel so you can't use it. And you don't need a permit to own a tank. It's like owning a tractor. These are facts

    *Says p-1500 monster* *Shows a poorly drawn p-1000 ratte* The p-1500 looked like a rail cannon on tracks, p-1000 had five turrets. One was a 188mm twin naval turret, two were 88mm anti-infantry turrets, two were anti-aircraft turrets, and there was even a cannon mounted on the front. The p-1500 had a non-turret mounted 400mm cannon EDIT: the p-1000 also had three sets of tracks on each side, but they were side-by-side. The p-1500 had four side-by-side sets. They were horrible for turning.

  • @MihaelTurina

    @MihaelTurina

    Actually the naval guns on the Ratte were 280mm, the "anti-infantry turrets" were Maus turrets with 128 mm guns, and the Monster had an 800mm gun, not a 400mm. Other than that I agree.

    4:20 A 125mm is the biggest cannon in the world???? 8:14 It was the KV-2 tank that held aganist the germans for the whole day. Not a KV-1 as you mentioned in the video. They both have the same hull, just the turret on the KV-2 is way bigger because it had a 152mm gun. Also, the KV-2 had 6 crew members while the KV-1 had 5. 10:29 The last running Tiger 1 has the serial number 131, so, surprise-surprise it should be the number 131 not 223. Also, the Tiger 223 was the part of the Waffen SS Battalion and was destroyed. The serial number on the tank was writen way closer to the gun in the 223. I know I could be going through all the miss-animated stuff, but It would take a very long time. Maybe If this gets 50 likes.

    Few fun facts: On average it took about 4 shermans to take out one tiger. Germany planned 2 super tanks, The Maus and E100, the two designs competed to be chosen among hitler. The maus failed and the E100 was chosen, never fully assembled but the hull and turret were made for one. Also germany late on planned the E series by unifying parts across tanks making repair and upgrades simple but it was too late as they were being starved of resources. Alot of panther and tiger tanks took far too long to repair because of the immense complexity of the engines and transmission

    ikr....The Abrams literally gets outclassed by any modern tank in mobility and armor... not to speak about the composite armor leaving open spots of literally sheet metal and the technology innovation being from the '80s, meanwhile other tanks have advance computer-controlled anti missile systems, ceramic composites, unmanned turrets and much more powerful and efficient engines (because Americans still use that gas turbine thing which gets outclassed by modern diesel engines in power (1500hp for russian tanks and 1200 for the Abrams), efficiency (a jet engine consumes more than any other engine in high torque applications), stealth (it emits double the heat, which allows for easy IR missile targeting, and makes an incredible amount of noise even at idle), not to speak about the throttle response being awful and the servicing being expensive and time consuming, as well as reliability) Anyway, it's good... but really just absolutely not the best nor even impressive.... Maybe just the ammunition is really good but that isn't even mentioned...

Then the Soviet counter offensive came, with over 7300 soviet tanks against over 3,200 german tanks. And I didn’t even count the men, guns & mortars or aircraft in. Where in the high hell did he get "23,000" tanks participating in the Battle of Kursk from?! The highest speculated number I've seen anywhere before is between six and eight thousand, which is a far cry from that immensely hyperbolic claim in this video. Another note, as it seems very little in-depth research was performed for several key portions of this video, the so-called Polish PL-01 never was a legitimate attempt at a new advanced tank. It was a mockup built on the chassis of a T-55A in Polish service several years ago. And lastly, the Challenger 2 incorporates the usage of the Dorchester model armor scheme, which is improved derivative of the Chobham armor originally designed and incorporated in the M1 Abrams and Challenger 1 back in the 1980s.

Only one was made during WW2. And it was successful because from what I saw in a documentary, When the Americans where invading the city of Desile (I think I spelled the name right) The T26E4 successfully destroyed a Tiger 2 and Panzer 4.
