I brought up the idea that it would be so much more convenient if humans were monotremes, and laid eggs like a platypus, instead of having to go through the agony of the birthing process. (My would-be GF agreed, having had two kids).

@@lazekozuya lol you're the one who said "this has a bunch of facts about women" so you definitely CANNOT be the judge of whether I know what I'm talking about or not about whether this has accurate information about women. So you asking that question is really a worthless cause. I mean it also sounds like you believed some false claims about women's bodies already, so again, you're in no position to judge if anyone knows what they are talking about about women s bodies.

I'm a man, and hearing about the physical endurance and their immunity to be a 'force to be reckoned with' , make me feel so proud about women body. Sure, the hardships are there, but I have seen women who are not at all proud of being a woman. Being both genders are taxing in their own way. But it is the best things what we have that we all should focus on. Love for all the women in the world. Thank you for existing 🧡

@@MrClassicmetal There is this concept of 'one is better than the other' that most people uphold. Due to that, there are a lot of unwanted quarrels going on. Men's and Women's bodies are on such subjects. What they all forget is that they all play different roles and have different powers to do different things. Even though men are built to bash and conquer, there are these superpowers that our women have which we all forget at times. I will always be proud of it. Because my mother, my wife, my daughter and the generation of women that will come, have it.

A lot of these have roots in how women are socialized; for example, we cry more in no small part because it's much more socially acceptable for us than for men. It's also thought that we're better at differentiating between colors and scents because women were traditionally gatherers (hard to be a hunter if you're pregnant), and subtle differences in color and smell of plants could be the difference between food and poison.

The nexplanon implant lasts 3 years and the IUD/IUS's can last for up to 10 years I believe. Please talk with your relevant doctor about these options as they could help keep your periods minimal until you get insurance of your own. I hope you can get help and not suffer because of your periods. Good luck and much love x
