lol. my local rink would kick me out. has kicked me out...but i'll keep doing it whenever the crowd is small; just makes it that harder to practice

Hello from Perth Australia! Really love your videos and i reckon ive been trying to learn how to do some of the tricks when i get on the ice rinks here. Up until recently almost all the COVID restrictions were down and so i was able to learn how to do a grapevine and an eagle on the outside. Cheers for the tutorials and all the best!

Wow, it`s a great job! I found your channel quite recently and finally bought a pair of ice hockey skates, in fact, under that influence :D. I'm so enthusiastic now that I skate 2-3 hours each time to learn the basics faster (even if my body hurts the next day bc I'm not used to this type of training yet, haha). IT`S so awsome to see this Community Grow!!! You Guys From all the yt-channels doing videos about this sport really help ice freestyle getting bigger!!! and you guys connect the points, just like you said. it´s important do get ONE community. I love all the diffrent kinds of ice freestyle but its still hard to reach higher levels and get in contact with other freestyle communities. I have to learn all the stuff by myself and from the videos. in my hometown Hamburg there is not longer a serious freestyle Community. We had one but the society ended existing just when i started to get intrested into ice freestyle. thats soo sad!!! but it´s good seing you guys doing still your thing and meeting up with all the other famous freestylers in the world!!!! it would bee so nice if ther was an official school or maybe kind of some workshops, to learn the basics and most important tricks. for people like me, that could just watch the videos and learn from them. but thats so hard, it´s simply not the same as getting taught in person. i would love if you guys like you, Patrick, Nagyerdei and maybe some others from all over europe would make a propper Workshop or ice freestyle school together!!!!

My local ice rinks are opening again and I can't wait to put my skates back on. BUT, does anyone have any recommendations for gloves I can wear for freestyling that won't burn out? I went through 3 pairs before the lockdown because the fingertips kept falling apart.

@@pavelm8829 не, мы Зеленоградские. В мск катаемся очень редко, а в этом году вообще ни разу не ездили, да и как-то не собирались. Но не переживай, как-нибудь покатаем вместе. В доковидные времена фристайла было много в Сокольниках, сейчас конечно все разбрелись и катаются на своих локальных коробках.

Hey guys i´m really thinking about geting the new Ture tf7 ice skate. I know true is more about serious hockey stuff, and i wonder if i could do freestyle in it, maybe someone can tell me what they will fit like and if the can be an option, from my experience i know bauer supreme series had the best fit on my foot so far. will true skates get me a similar feeling. i like the new true skates from the reviews i saw. they are really adjustable in many ways and i allways had some problems with bauer skates... and my feet have a weird shape. i hope true skates can give me a nice comfort cause they are so adjustable. can anyone say something about the fitting and comfort lvl and especially about the ankle area cause i got really strange ankles. they pop out a lot but my feet are very skinny at the same time so that´s often a problem because i can´t get enough support in skates that are wide enough for my ankle but too wide for my overall footshape. last season i tried Graf pk 3900 skates but they are not what i expexted. tell me what you guys think pls

I love that you guys use establishing names from martial arts tricking, like 540, butterfly twist, cheat gainer, cork! This makes me want to kit the ice rink so bad! It's been almost a year :'( Just, before it all gets toooo set in stone, why not use more established tricking trick names? You're wallish tutorial acknowledged that it's a reversao, but on the ice. Why not just call it a reversao? You said the blocking is a style thing, but then how is it different from one of the third handflip clip? And speaking of "handflips"... 3:30 Handflip -> Palm Kick 3:31 Handflip -> closer to one handed front handspring that didn't go straight over? 3:33 Handflip -> definitely a reversao 2:12 Circle Handflip -> more of cartwheel half-twist

Had to turn off the music to 0 to continue watching, but not much tricks are there. Long jump?

Playing 7 years of hockey thinking I was good at skating

So this is basically freeskating but on a higher level. Why do ice skaters do everything up a notch better than bladers.
