Then after doing the first test and walking around the gym several times before that I walked 25 metres out of the gym and up the hall towards reception until I was told to stop then turned and went back.
I only managed one more walk around the gym after that as I was absolutely shattered, I’ve been signed off but if I have any issues tomorrow I can go back on Friday otherwise I will go back for a review in 6-8 weeks and be timed again to see how I’ve improved and hopefully I’ll be a bit faster by then practicing every day at home!
