In the 2nd DIY - spray painting on soft soap - good idea is to vertically tape a section & then spray paint .. that’s how it’s easier to track when the bottle is running out of soap .. plus it color blocks & breaks the “all grey” color

As someone who has done several DIY water marbled manicures, your water marbling idea for tabletop accessories is the bomb!

I made this trivet project and I love it; but for stability I adhered dollar tree adhesive backed cork sheet tithe felt first! Looks really nice.

Somehow my TV chose your channel while I was playing with my cat... I became mesmerized by your clever projects and had to tell you how much I admire your talent. I'm a whole lot older .. my days of macrame and even cooking are no longer possible as I am crippled, but I do have a lot of fun doing art stuff.. mostly colored pencils. You remind me of the wonderful days when I was young and didn't have as much money as I wanted but had a great time canning, gardening, decoupage embroidering, baking...60's stuff.. 111And of course flirting and learning how to look sexy on a budget. I got married s lot too..:)..a really fun project I did was to paint a personalized monopoly tabletop.. portable naming the properties for people in the news or relatives...cated it with clear hard decoupage . You're so pretty and smart. I just want to tell you that you're really talented and beautiful and kind.. sharing all your fun with the world is a blessing for everyone. I'm sure you are so loved... I don’t think any of our lives turn out precisely how we may have envisioned them to be but that doesn’t mean they aren’t still wonderful. You should try journaling your life story. When cutting a bunch of skewers, it would be easier to tape (or tie) them together in a tight bundle above and below your cut mark. Then saw through the bundle like you would saw through a small tree branch.

That plate/bowl set is super cute. Gonna do that but for a plant!

I appreciate the videos even if some of the projects are repeated. I don’t get to see all of them so combining the projects to one video is a great idea.

I've found that 'Ross,' formerly 'Ross Dress Barn,' always has crafting supplies super cheap, canvasses, paints, etc. I love the flat 5x7 ones for when I want my gbabies to create art, giving them each 3 or 4, some paint, and letting them 'design.' I myself love this - keep it or use as mother's/father's day gifts or Christmas, and we do this several times a year (back east we actually had 4 seasons) but for me - I'd rather hang their art and it's priceless to me. Finding the 'clearance' section at Ross makes it affordable, and I find a variety of art supplies for endless creations!!

Cute idea for the incense holders.They can also do double duty, holding things like your rings, as needed. The aged gold mirror finish is gorgeous.

I really like your pink drill. I think I saw one like it for breast cancer awareness… anyway, love it!

2 things: 1) Really like the stick art! 2) Going to make the 3 vases w/the succulents for my table.

Wow! The wall sconce should get an award. That's absolutely amazing. I was at a thrift store the other day and saw these bamboo woven type placemats and thought what can I do with these and I couldn't think of anything at the moment so I put them back down but wow!

The only problem i seen in them is turning them on& off with them being stuck with poster stick it to the wall.

Watching your videos, you inspire and encourage me. I save a lot of things because I have a lot of create ideas floating in my heads but don’t have time to focus on them. With Christmas break, I am working on organizing my craft room. I hope with it organized will inspire me to sometimes on them. Thank you Liz for sharing your gift. to remove sticky labels use a hairdryer to heat the label and slowly peel it off

Thank you for the great tip :) I used to save stamps when I was little and my mom showed me to put the envelope over the tea kettle when it's boiling and blowing steam through the beak, it made them really easy to take off without damaging them. Another idea :) People also used to use this method to open envelopes and open peoples mail :/

Some You-tuber’s are “Artists” and some are more “Home-Makers.” Your ideas are fresh and cool. Love them. The only one I was only leery about was the eucalyptus jars with candles. I love everyone of your ideas, and I love reading the comments where people give tidbits of information to help you and to help all of us to make each project that much more perfect!

At 24 minutes, you use a whole load of rubber bands for your white yarn wall hanging. May I suggest that using white thread instead would last much longer, especially if the wall hanging is hung in direct sunlight. Those rubber bands will lose their elasticity over time and eventually fall apart! If someone makes these to sell, it would need to last. Love your channel! New subscriber! Greetings from England 🇬🇧

Liz I know this has nothing to do with your crafts but I have to mention that I always admire your makeup when I view your videos. I don’t know if you do your own makeup or if you have your own makeup artist but it looks stunning! Those are the colors I always chose when I was younger and still try to use now that I’m in my 60’s. Unfortunately wrinkles set in and makeup doesn’t look like it did when I was younger lol. Beautiful job! ❤

oh Liz, I love everything you do. Thank you for sharing your creativity! Just a quick tip, keep a pair of garden pruners in you craft supply, They are perfect for cutting the skewers evenly. No need to mess with saws and tape. Love you, Lady!!!

Thank you for sharing your DIY's. I did the vase with skewers. It was so easy to cut the skewers with wire cutters. It was a smooth cut. I love All of your projects.

Here’s my trick for twine ends so they don’t fray when beading. Put a drop of white glue on the end and then roll it back and forth between your fingers. It creates a nice point and the glue dries fairly quickly. Love all your ideas! Your crafts look very high end and trendy. Thanks!

I just found you today and watched this video. I think you have the best DIY Dollar Tree projects I've seen on KZread. They look so nice and presentable. Most videos I've seen don't give near the look that yours do. I'll definitely be using several of your ideas!!!

I love all the ideas on here. I'm going to redo my bedroom and use some of your lovely items in it.

On the macrame, I noticed when you were pounding in what looked like nails in the wall, I hang a lot of canvas portraits in our hallway and I use clear push pins from the dollar tree instead, thank you for the ideas, I hope you have a Happy New Year.

When adding something to a round piece like your skewers and clear vase, spacing works best if you start to add the skewers at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 first.. then fill in evenly in between.

So was pompas grass, oh and peacock feathers. Then came austere tall black vases with painted sticks- black and teal or black and dusty rose, right next to a frames Nagal print lol (you remember, those modern ladies with sleek dark hair and sunglasses)
