Last month, my wife and I were at their original location a few miles off the strip, and their beef ribs were the best I've ever had. I could only eat two of them because they were so huge, and took the other two home. The next morning, I reheated the leftover ribs and made some eggs on the side. It was a damn good breakfast! 😊

Been there last month. Those were the best beef ribs I've ever had in my life! They were so huge that I only ate two of them, and the next morning, I my wife reheated the other two and made some eggs with it. 😊

That looks like garbage BBQ. I don't see any smokers or smoke rings. Looks like it was all baked in the oven.

Actually…TEXAS has the Biggest Ribs & Best BBQ in the Country…ijs …Look up (Pecan Lodge, Cattleack Bbq,Terry Blacks,Coopers Bbq…just to name a couple…👌🏼

I've been to the original spot when it was $40. The AYCE meal is great but the problem with that is that they serve big portions and if you don't like it you're kind of screwed. Some meat had good flavor but I also had some dry pieces. I know you ordered all that for the video but I know damn well you didnt finish it. But I'd come here instead of that overrated Brazilian BBQ spot on the strip for sure.

Oh I remember this place from another video. I didn't get to go the last time I went to Vegas.
I went to the highland drive location a few weeks ago for the 3rd time. Got the beef dino rib and this time it was underwhelming. It was like 60% fat (not marbling fat but a huge glob of fat), which had hardened a little which was disappointing.
Wow..use to be $39 AYCE
the beef rib is what I want. for sides I like baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, macncheez but if they offer dirty rice, collard greens, black eyed peas well I'm going to switch it up

I’ll get the all you can eat but am just focused on the Flintstone beef ribs, mac n cheese, greens, burnt ends, dirty rice, maybe a couple of slices of the brisket. Am skipping the chicken coz I want my moneys wortj

Used to be like $35 for the ayce at Rollin’ Smoke….for $50 not sure I would go bc you get full easily with BBQ

It’s decent but not at that price point. I’ve had it 3 times. It’s fine but nothing spectacular

I hate to say it but it doesn’t look like above average BBQ even though the list of items like beef ribs, burnt ends, spare ribs are dream list. If they are going to limit beef ribs to two, then they need to bring their A game on the beef ribs regardless of the quality of the rest of the items, otherwise it will mostly be one and done for most people. Just by looking at the beef rib texture, I would say they probably will taste somewhere between Sonny’s in the Southeast US states and a home made bbq.

$50 for barbecue is cheap. You go to Texas or any really barbecue joint? I'm going to pay $50 or more so 50 bucks for all you can eat is a bargain now. Quality is the real question
