A great video, especially if you own a Desert Eagle. Personally, I own 4 Desert Eagles- nickle plated 50AE (Mark XIX), and 44 Magnum black nitride (Mark XIX), a 44 Magnum L5, and a 9mm Baby Eagle. Finally, all these in addition to my BFR chambered in 45-70. Great guns, lots of fun to shoot.

The BFR is the Biggest Finest Revolver in production. I want one with a barrel band to hold the ejector rod tube in place under heavy recoil. If they every make one and use their superior Bisley grip frame design.

Contact them. They said there is nothing they won’t build. But everything comes at a cost.

The frames and slides of the Desert Eagle are castings made by Ecrimesa in Spain, so not entirely made in Israel.

@@ThatDanShow Get in line. I ordered a .50 and was told custom gun orders take 12-16 months to produce. I was fortunate to get mine on order before they stopped taking orders this year. If they make an exception for you, that means everyone gets pushed back. Good luck!

I have 2 desert eagle. First I bought a 50ae then I bought the 44 barrel with 2 mags kit. Few months later I bought the combo with the 3 barrels 357, 44 and 50ae 6 mags and the 357 bolt and use the 357 on it and have the other barrels abd bolt as spare in case something happens in the future. Those barrels price are getting up very fast.

I'm German. But if I ever move to America, the very first thing I would do after I moved to my apartment, I run to the gun Store and purchase a Deagle .50 AE and of course the LEGENDARY AK 47. Even though I never shot a gun before. Later I would buy a bolt action 50 BMG and the 1897 Winchester. And the 1887 Terminator Shotgun.

Ive been trying for a year to get a tiger stripe model and magnum said they are 4-5 years old on those models. Crazy to think that Iam on a 4-5 year wait from my FFL.

I was going to have a range day with the Guns on this episode but I ended up having to do chemo on my lip cancer this last week which sucks because I really wanted to show these guns off even more. We will have to reschedule for another episode..... Thanks for watching Nelson!

I was talking to them about that and it’s a generic statement because some people are getting hand engraving and tiger plating done to the gun which is a much longer process than buying current inventory

@@ThatDanShow I emailed MR and asked what it took to get a brushed chrome 44 here in CA and they said I would have to place an order with an FFL and it would be about 18-24 months. All that and It's not even the gun I really want. Thank you CA roster. The one I really want is the 50AE for possibly better reliability and the stainless model with pic rails top and bottom and compensator as I'm not a fan of the plated/coated models to begin with.

Shout out to Kentucky Ballistics! At about 3:25, the guy test firing was wearing a Kentucky Ballistics T-shirt. Really like Scott's channel. I was surprised at the condition this manufacturing facility is in. For example, from about 5:20 to 7:00, just look at the area this guy is assembling a gun in. That is a nightmare scenario for any type of inspection on the facility. There are no ATF / DOJ or compliance requirements for this? And this seems to be everywhere in the facility, look at the next area at about 8:30, same mess everywhere. Very surprised. Anyway, thanks for the video, just started looking into Desert Eagles over the weekend.

Thanks for watching. They are true gun guys in there without a lot of rules which is cool. It does have a bit of a dorm room feel to it, you really have to love it though. It doesnt feel like big company has gotten their fingers into the shop and wrecked it.

That’s what I have. Found it for $1299 and picked it up. It didn’t have the porting like I wanted but it’s whatever. I Can replace that. Still a lot cheaper than I’ve seen any of the other ones lol

Always wondered how they made the gas duct under te barrel?

For me the .50ae has problems cycling. I’ll be on number 3-4 and it jams up. It will be clean clean and it still jams on the feed.
