@@aherriott1984 Please continue to take good care of your little girl. I enjoyed watching her run that race and run past the longer-legged girls like it's nothing. This from a white gal who couldn't sprint worth a darn but could do the middle and long-distance races because I just don't have those fast-twitch muscle fibers. The shortest distance I could run decently was a mile. Your little girl is precious. I hope she is able to keep up the good work through all this COVID and come out the other side strong, fit, and safe, and you too, Ashley.

Nothing,s naturally for her its trained by proffs 2 boys 4 and 5 won last week. Thy won in last yrs too that time thy were 3 and 4 . Its easy 2 program kids.

Babygirl kept her form.

Heidi Marie she started at 5. Honestly, I was trying to get her to cheer or play soccer and she said no. I then asked her did she want to do dance and she said no as well. One day we was watching a track meet on tv and she said Ma, I want to try that.

@@aherriott1984 aw that's crazy because you never know sometimes. My mom did the same with me when I was that age! I did a little of everything...I played soccer and was naturally good at it...did swimming, basketball, tennis, tae kwon do...and loved all sports but eventually I fell in love with ballet a little later on and that was my sport of choice:) but i think it's so great for little girls to be athletic and be introduced to different sports at a young age. You don't know what they'll be good at until they try it you know! Fantastic:)

Heidi Marie yep I agree... in the off season I’m going to motivate her to try something else and that’s awesome that your mother did that.

Oh my goodness, that child has some serious stamina, drive, discipline dedication and focus, and shes only 5. Wow her form was amazing once she found her stride she kept it. That looked like a walk in the park for her. I was almost holding my breath the whole time because I’m terrible at running haha I didn’t even realize she ran that in 1:23. That’s amazing!!!

I ran track 4 years in high school. Distance & 440 & mile relay. That baby was moving 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥She will be a force to be reckon with.

She has a beautiful long stride, if she grows to be at least 5'6 or 5'7 she will be a great 400 meter runner in high school and college and maybe more.

What an amazingly blessed little miss 😊, GOD is with her(BingieAndre) 🙏

When I was 5 (many decades ago!) nobody competed seriously in ANY sport at that age. Just informal play.

Wow! It never occurred to me that kids do track and field, at such a young age! It makes sense obviously, but I never knows before now! Kudos to all the Little Queens competing!!

I remember being a pre-school runner in, when the principal suggested we run 400m instead of just 100m and 200m; the entire Parent-teachers association was on him like a tonne of bricks. That Principal is alive today, and I forwarded him this video.
